I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Soda machines not working, out of nearly every flavor, extremely dirty. Only good thing about it is how good the food smells. God bless

We have loved Burgerfi but recently the we noticed we were being charged for small add ons that were previously included. The chicken tenders didn’t come with any dipping sauce, charged $1 each and the cups were only half filled. A 5-piece tender should at least include 1 dipping sauce and $1 for a small container is high! This location seems to consistently be understaffed.

Very little vegetarian options and the burgers were so basic: it was just lettuce and a burger and bun. No onions or cheese at the least?

Ordered online what a waste of time! Got to the store and still had to wait for 25 minutes for our food. The staff attitude sucks I was offered nothing for my excessive wait but thanks for you patience. I will NEVER be back

Various locations including this one, seem to grill the vegan burgers on the same grill as the meat, and the burger tends to have extra burnt pieces, as if the grill is rarely cleaned/scraped.

Minimal staff, you order from a computer as you walk in and a few minutes wait for your food. But the burger was amazingly good, reasonably priced, well worth a try.

Can the hours please be adjusted online for Saturday. Very inconvenient to drive there and arrive at 9:58p.m just for the doors to be locked and the employees just staring at me from the kitchen and not saying or doing anything.

Stood at the counter for a few minutes before someone came to the counter to take my order. It just seems that no matter where you, no one wants to take your order. Why work there if it's not what you want to do.

Parking: There is a huge gym in the same area and takes up a lot of the parking. There is some parking by the door but the gym normally takes up a lot

This was the second time I contacted them and I didn't like the service, the product or the presentation at all. The burger is worse than McDonald's, it's amazing, the price is expensive for a product that isn't worth it. I'm extremely upset because I spent USD 35.00 thinking I was going to eat the best burger of my life but unfortunately not. The customer service staff seemed like there was no one there and they simply weren't polite to the customers. Do you need help? People, for the love of God, know how to work, earn money and make the customer happy because we work hard to spend in your stores and you'll never see my money again.
