I bought a BurgerFi gift card during Christmas. They closed the BurgerFi down near me in Trinity, FL the very next month. So I drive out of the way up I-75 north on my trip to use my gift card here in Georgia at 9 PM, and guess what? "We can't accept gift cards right now". Really?? You can't accept a BurgerFi gift card at BurgerFI? Where else can I use it? Your burgers aren't that good anyway. They're average at best. They sure aren't worth driving all over the country searching for one. Five Guys blows you away in flavor and service. I guess you got my $100 for the gift card, though. But I have nothing to show for it. Thanks a lot BurgerFi. Please upgrade your tech to accept your gift cards at any store any time you're open!!!! This is how you lose customers QUICK.

The worst customer service. I order online and come in to pick up food. Each time I have to wait before anyone addresses me. They never have anyone working in the front. I’ve been here a few times in the last 30 days and the customer service gets worst each time. Please train your team on how to treat customers. If Ispend $21 for a burger fry and drink, I at least want to be treated with respect. DO BETTER!!!

Super tasty burgers and chicken tenders. Must try their BurgerFi sauce. If you are ordering takeout then make sure you order in advance since the place is super busy. Chicken and veggie burgers were my favorites.

I like this burgerfi. It's never crowded. I can walk right in to order or order on the kiosk as soon as I walk through the door. The food may take a minute because It's made as you order. The staff is always nice. Definitely my go to burger spot.

She took the order wrong , the cashier (Destiny) doesn’t really listen what we say to her. Generally disgusting behavior and attitude. The floor was dirty.

Love the breakfast burger here! I get it with the lettuce and it's delicious! The fries are okay but still complement the burgers! Great place to hang out with friends on a Sunday night! Not too crowded and wait for food is fairly quick

Came in not too long ago during lunch with a bigger group roughly 12 people. Food is always great but there was a large order ahead of us and our order was off by one burger. The team acknowledged it and helped out making the missed burger and giving us a good will smoothie. Great food, fairly priced, nice area.
