I really appreciated my first Cava experience while in NC, so I said let me get some Cava today since I always pass this location. I should've kept passing lol - I'm kidding. Seriously though, I made a mobile order. When I picked it up, only 1 person on line while 3 were in the back. They could've been on break or cooking, ok, not a big issue for me ( just something I noticed). I stood in line since their was just 1 on line... didn't want to overwhelm him. Another employee comes out to help; great fantastic 👏🏾

I finally get my order and the portion size looks off and something is missing. Remember my opening statement, I'm a newbie, maybe it's possible I missed where you could choose half/whole bases. It was listed like that on the ticket though. I assumed and I fault myself, but my beloved cucumbers were left off. The only thing to add a crunch to my bowl was that stale,crunchy atmosphere inside. They just didn't seem like they cared to put on a front like they wanted to be there. Maybe I was picking up on the low lighting, idk, but the energy could use a pick me up.

The server, “Big Ben” was very rude. 2nd time this has happened, didn’t appreciate it. Pick your struggles, you’re stuck at work- make the most of it…

Cava is usually great but this location for some reason must’ve had a bad day. The meat and rice was cold. The cucumbers came out completely covered in ice and ice chips. This location needs better management.

I am utterly sick of going to this location and dealing with so many staff that look miserable like they don’t want to work there. If it was not for the convenience of this being on my way home, I would go out of my way to another location. The tall gentleman that works at this location, could benefit from some customer services training, his attitude is terrible. I’m a business Owner it’s ridiculous to experience this when you are paying for a service.

Every time I visit CAVA, I know I’m going to have a great experience. I’ve tried so many dishes from the menu, and every single one has been delicious. The staff is always helpful, and I love that they’ll help you customize your meal exactly how you want it. The Cucumber Mint Lime drink is the perfect refreshing touch. So glad I have one nearby.

Worsttttt location with worst staff . I love cava food but its the qorst experience. guy named Bigben made my food , worst possible service , no greeti lng , no smile and on top he gave me unnecessary attitude, I have never felt so awful in life , he was soooooooo disrespectful and rude in his behavior like why I was there to get food . Cava should hire staff more carefully and should train them how to behave with a customer , if you dnt like to work then dnt work but dnt make some customers experience this awful, it's food business , we pay to get this food its not free so learn some manners .
