It melted a bit because the roll was warm, but BOY was it good! It’s also VEGAN!

I had the very berry and it was overwhelmingly sweet. The cinnabun itself was hard almost stale. I was a little disappointed. Then then forgot to serve us our order and gave everyone after our order their food. Weird. But I’d probably try again hopefully it’ll be better

I asked for hot chocolate and it was literally a 3/4 empty and the hot chocolate want even hot it was room temperature. All too picky for those drink that did not satisfy

The coffee and the cinnamon buns are so good. I had the pumpkin spice one it was so good. My son had cookie dough it was good. My daughter had brownie and soft serve and she loved it

Walked into establishment no other customers were in the store. Young lady behind counter cutting up fruit and putting icing in cup. She clearly saw me I stood there 8 minutes and she didn’t stop what she was doing or acknowledge my presence in helping me so I walked out. I think this is not good customer service and as much as I liked this store I won’t be returning. I will go where I’m valued and acknowledged
This was my 1st time here, I love cinnamon rolls, on a scale of 1-5. I give the cinnamon roll I had a 3. It was so dry inside but the presentation would make your mouth water

Today was not so great! I’ve gone several times and this was the worst. One I didn’t order any bananas yet my Old Skool had it on there it made it gross! I was already home and was too tired to go back. Also, the atmosphere was noisy as other people had kids running around etc. The bun was hard as if it wasn’t made fresh and from days ago. This has gone downhill. I won’t return overpriced and quality is bad.

edit: don't order delivery via apps, they'll rip you off. left a positive review before this but it seems like they were maybe just putting on a good show? ordered a few more times and it seems like its more and more skimpy each time. I ordered graham crackers for one of my recent cinnamon rolls and got a bit of dust sprinkled on top, and when I ordered oreos I got I THINK one full oreo! kinda... weird. was good while it lasted I guess :\ way too expensive for that. a thin layer of icing on all of them as well. If you don't order a side of icing you basically don't taste anything, seems a bit scammy there when they already charge you insane prices. maybe they are better in person but I'm busy and don't intend on spending an hour driving to get cinnamon rolls. With uber eats they skimp very hard on everything.

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. The portions are huge and absolutely amazing! I ordered the strawberry and cream, the smores one and 2 of the old fashioned/originals. I was only able to eat a quarter of the strawberry one. The fruit was fresh and the cinnamon rolls were perfect.

UPDATE: Despite my email to the address they provided, I still have not heard anything from them. I can just assume they do not care. I was hopeful that this would be resolved, but it has not.
We’ve liked coming here, but our experience here the other day will cause us to never come back. My wife had a birthday reward sent to her email, as has been the case before. The ladies behind the counter immediately told us they aren’t responsible for what is sent to customers and they will not honor the reward. What? Just awful customer service. We canceled our order and walked out.
