I was craving a strawberry iced donut. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I requested two with a carmel latte. I was told that they did not have any strawberry iced donuts. I was truly disappointed and said, "you're kidding?! I came here specifically for those donuts." The Mgr came over the intercom and said," Drive up and I will have those for you." When I pulled up, the Mgr had prepared two perfectly iced donuts that were soft and warm. I couldn't believe how happy I was about donuts. I thanked the Mgr so much for going above and beyond to assist a bratty customer. The carmel latte was yummy as well. I still think about those perfect, yummy donuts.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I frequent this establishment daily, and I’ve never had an issue with the crew before 4 p.m.—they’re always quite pleasant. That’s why I was shocked to experience the behavior I encountered on the afternoon of the 27th.

A Caucasian woman in a red hat, (hair down around open food and drink.) who appeared to be a staff member, was incredibly rude—not only to me but also to a member of my party. She even went so far as to call them “rude” simply for clarifying an order.

To make matters worse, nearly every order and drink we received was incorrect. This level of carelessness, combined with the unprofessional attitude, is shocking for a business that relies on hospitality and good service. It’s disheartening to see employees who clearly have no regard for providing a positive customer experience.

As someone who has supported this location regularly, this experience was a major letdown. I sincerely hope management takes note of these issues and addresses the lack of customer service and attention to detail with their staff.

One of my favorite locations. Service at this store is much better than most others. Ajay, the owner and manager is a very nice person.

Food isn't too good here and the drinks are chocked full of sugar but the staff is ALWAY pleasant and accommodating. Donuts always fresh.

Ive been coming here for a while because I live right down the street but I wont be coming back after today. The past few times ive come, they have given me dirty munchkins. Its little black specks on all of them. This obviously comes from them not properly cleaning out the machines they are using to either cook them or warm them up. Its disgusting. Why would you serve this to somebody??

I had an E-gift card for Dunkin, came with a QR code and a code and PIN number. I gave it to my boyfriend as a present. He went through the drive thru this morning and the cashier said they could not scan a gift card. I guess next time I will have to print out the instructions that literally tell the cashier to “press MPAY and scan QR code” since they apparently don’t know how to do their job. Made my boyfriend feel stupid and have to pay with his own money when he had a perfectly good gift card.

First time going to this particular Dunkin’ and I usually order a Sparked Energy with no ice at other stores but the lady behind the counter today was so rude and tried to charge me $1 extra for no ice. Who does that?!!! I have never been charged extra money because I didn’t want ice in my drink.

Just went through the drive through and they were super sweet! Totally would stop by again if in the area

Well, then, i'm just starting to go to Dunkin Donuts, and the first Dunkin Donuts I went to is over in Peachtree Corner. The employees are amazing, and they are welcoming. I really enjoy my experience. The food is amazing. If you get a chance you really need to try. The s'more's coffee. I can't remember the name of it right now, but it is amazing.

I usually have good service but the girl at the window was nasty and the other white lady behind her had the audacity to wave me off when I asked if that was all of my order because I saw her with another bag in hand
