I told the lady at the drive thru , LIGHT ice. I went home took all the ice out & this is all the coffee I had left. It is so annoying.

This Dunkin is the top location then the other locations the matcha iced lattes are so sweet and tasty I also love the chocolate glazed donuts and the sausage biscuit the service was amazing everyone was so kind and even kind to their coworkers it was an okay environment maybe put some music it was very quiet but I think people would enjoy that I really liked this Dunkin especially since it's all fresh and smell fantastic and pure I recommend this place for studying or chilling or simply for just existing I won't gatekeep this spot because it's so amazing everyone should experience this Dunkin donuts location it was so amazing and wasn't busy at all only a two customers were sitting inside chilling. When I entered it was so clean and very sparkly I felt as if I were in a closed spot seeing how clean it was I 100% recommend this spot.

Ask for a dark coffee little creamer and got the total opposite. I parked my car and walked inside and kindly asked for a remake and they didn’t want to replace. I opened the cup and we both saw that the liquid in the cup looked like straight creamer and it taste like creamer with no coffee. Since they wouldn’t replaced my small coffee, I just threw it in the trash. My message to this store owner, if you’re trying to go the cheap route it never turns out in your best interest.

I visit this location weekly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The coffee makes me love Dunkin but the friendly staff is the reason I love this particular Dunkin!

Look... I love this place. It's my weekend Dunkin. But I just found out how high their prices are! Dunkalatte:5.79,6.49,6.99. My usual Dunkin in Chamblee prices : 4.19,4.59,4.99. This place small is a dollar more than Chamblee large!!! This is unbelievable. But they never get my order wrong and it's always ready fast.

Super nice staff, always friendly and professional. They connect with everyone who comes in and they are always smiling. Enjoy getting together here with a group of guys and chatting about our week and lives. Breakfast is always hot well prepared. Of course I like the coffee.

I was craving a strawberry iced donut. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I requested two with a carmel latte. I was told that they did not have any strawberry iced donuts. I was truly disappointed and said, "you're kidding?! I came here specifically for those donuts." The Mgr came over the intercom and said," Drive up and I will have those for you." When I pulled up, the Mgr had prepared two perfectly iced donuts that were soft and warm. I couldn't believe how happy I was about donuts. I thanked the Mgr so much for going above and beyond to assist a bratty customer. The carmel latte was yummy as well. I still think about those perfect, yummy donuts.
