The doughnuts were stale, tasted like they were days old. We couldn't hear the woman through the drive through speaker, she refused to speak up and someone else had to take over the order.

Don’t go here expecting them to operate at their posted business hours. They consistently close before 8pm, and if you place a mobile order, you’re gonna be SOL. They will take your money and expect you to forget about coming back for it the next day.

Lived here for a year and not once have I had a decent experience. Please get new store management. It’s obvious that the person in charge here has no control. (Photo posted was taken at 7:51pm, and all lights in the building were off.)

All my points EXPIRED on the Dunkin app and I’m BEYOND fed up like what the hell 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. I’m so FREAKING MAD. Didn’t even know that was a thing at all. No text, no email to let me know that my points were going to disappear. I don’t understand why this app is set up like that. No points that I get from paying for all my orders should be expiring no excuse at all. My points should be my points and should’ve able to hold them until I want to spend them. The only Dunkin I go too and this happens. I’ve spent a lot money here so I don’t think it’s right. 4500 points that I was saving ARE GONE. This absolutely makes no sense. If i don’t go to dunkin for more than 6 months that means I don’t have THE money so until I have money I can’t go to dunkin. That is not my fault. No jobs in GA AT ALL THAT PAY DECENT. I won’t be going back to Dunkin until all my points are put BACK. Someone can do something to fix this for me I just know it and maybe I’ll also reconsider my 1 star review. I love dunkin but after finding out my points are nowhere to be found I’m LOVING DUNKING 1000000 times less now. Please fix.

My (what was supposed to be a latte) coffee was disgusting. It was literally just black coffee with ice. I had to ask for the cold foam on top that I already paid for???? Donut seemed old and dry. The only thing that was good was my loaded hash browns. And I had to correct them about my order…. Will not be back!

Black lil chubby dude had an attitude on Sunday and instead of giving the replacement I asked for he just threw a bunch of donuts in the bag and handed me that. Will not be back. I can tell by the lack of response to the comments whoever owns this location does not care.

I am a regular at this location, everytime I visit its always a great atmosphere, the employees are great and they always give great service with a smile, the food is always fresh and taste great.... I live in Loganville and I drive to Norcross just for the hospitality.

Horrible horrible experience. The staff was extremely rude. I was in a hurry because we had a corporate meeting, I went through the drive through and ordered. The rude employee who obviously hates her job, asked why I would come through drive through. So I parked and went inside. The rest of the staff was just as rude. I made three trips to my vehicle and not one person asked if they could help. Then when I got my last coffee jug the little girl was on her phone the entire time scrolling. She said nothing and when I walked away she said in a very sarcastic voice “you’re welcome”. I will never come back here again.

The manager was rude from start to finish. When I asked if someone could prepare my food that is not touching money at the cashier or if the person could pls use gloves. He slammed the window in my face told mw to leave. Run past this location and go to another DD.
