Our team recently chose Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to celebrate our coworker Antonio , who will be leaving our organization next week. While the occasion itself was bittersweet, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the warm, personable service helped turn it into a truly memorable evening. Our waitress, Trish, was fantastic—professional, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us thoughtful recommendations and honest feedback on the dishes we were considering, which we all appreciated. The food was excellent, the cocktails were strong and delicious, and the overall vibe kept our group's spirits high. The highlight of the night was when Firebirds surprised our departing colleague with a beautifully plated crème brûlée to mark the occasion—a thoughtful gesture that made the evening feel even more special. This was our first time having dinner at Firebirds as a team, and it won't be the last. Between the great food, spot-on drinks, and top-notch service, we'll definitely keep Firebirds in mind for future team dinners and lunches. Thank you for helping us send Antonio off in style!

Honestly I hadn't been to Firebirds in a while since all my favorites were removed from the menu however the meatloaf "is back" at certain locations. Our food was outstanding and shall put it back on my list of "go to's" when wanting good eats!

Anna and B.J. Behind the bar were awesome! Milo the hostess made you feel welcomed with a warm and pretty smile when we came in and appreciated when we left. Highly recommended.

Our family celebrated Father’s Day with Firebirds! I ordered the 3 course meal for $50, overall the food was good. Everyone at the table received an underbaked potato, it was still crunchy, but everything else was delicious! The promo card for Father’s Day was super nice!

Customer service like NO other! The Manager, Rowland made sure my catering order had everything we needed and MORE for my daughter’s birthday event. From the initial planning through delivery and service, everything was executed flawlessly. The food arrived right on time, beautifully presented, and the quality exceeded all expectations. Guests couldn’t stop commenting on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. The portions were generous, and the setup was professional and elegant. We will absolutely be using this catering service again and we couldn’t recommend it more highly, especially for anyone looking for top-notch coordination and service. Had a work dinner for a group here and it was 🔥.
The food was excellent and the service was super friendly. We tried multiple appetizers including the grilled shrimp (so flavorful) and the tuna (perfectly cooked and the slaw was excellent). I had the aged ribeye and it was cooked to perfection.
Only bad thing I could say is food too a while considering they weren’t very busy.
Will definitely be back.

I chose curbside and no one came out. The waitress handed me the food and walked off when i said I wanted to check. Mind you i order $150 worth of food...planned on a cash tip but despise the service. Hope the food is better than the service i juat received.

Business dinner. Hot chicken sandwich was good but it wasn’t at all spicy. Wine was good. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. Server was attentive but th bar was a bit slow.

If I could leave a no star I would! The burgers were tough and bland tasted straight out of a box, when promised on the menu they are fresh beef. Service was slow overall not a great experience would not recommend. Looks like they spent more money on the interior of the restaurant but skimped on the food😡

The only thing that kept this from being a 5 ⭐️ review was the service. The server was nice, but it took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. We had to ask. Then we rarely saw her and it took 2 & 1/2 hours total from sit down until our check was paid. The food is amazing and I will definitely come again and cross my fingers for better service.

Service was slow, bar orders very slow. Brought wrong meals to us first time. When meals arrived, one meal missing, took an additional 10 minutes to come. One person said she is allergic to dairy, they brought her carrots with cheese on it, 10 more minutes for corrected side. Not a pleasant meal.
