It was my first time visiting Firebirds and I must say that it was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend and return again.

I have eaten at Firebird's many times. I'm sorry to say, that the last three times were quite disappointing. I generally go in the later afternoon, between 3 and 4pm. It serves as a late lunch/early dinner, and gets me through the night. For lunch, until 4pm, they offer a Perfect Pair combination, which offers a choice of several soups or salads, along with a choice of one of a half dozen different sandwiches. The last three times I went, I switched to the flame broiled cheeseburger. The burger has a nice outdoor grill type flavor, but each time, I had to send the burger back, due to being overcooked. Except for today, it was also overcooked, but my server, who is new to this restaurant, didn't come over to check on me for about 10 minutes. I didn't have time to wait, so I ate it I ordered it medium rare, but it not have a speck of redness in it. It tasted okay, but was tough, due to overcooking. I even mentioned to my server, when I ordered it, that they had overcooked my burger on two previous occasions. There were two other tables occupied, but they already had their food. So, the kitchen was not at all busy. On a positive note, I always order the southwestern chicken soup, which is delicious. I take it home, since it is too much to eat.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic brunch. Our server, Nicole was the absolute best. She was friendly and full of energy. She made fantastic recommendations, was very attentive and kept our table in tip top shape. From our food being delicious and our glasses ever being empty. I will always remember to ask for Nicole on my next visit.

My wife and I decided to have brunch for the first time here, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! My wife had the Brunch Burger with fries and I had the Shrimp & Grits. Both portions were large, so we ordered Doughnut Holes to go. Our meal was delicious! We had excellent service from Sean and Kai. They are very friendly, polite, and very attentive. We received complimentary bread before our meal without having to ask. We had Strawberry Lemonade to go without asking. We really appreciated the service we got today. Roland, the manager, stopped by our table to check on us, and told us if there was anything we needed, let him know. This is the kind of service, along with delicious food well prepared, and presented, that will keep us coming back. Compliments to their entire staff!

Our favorite meal is a Filet Mignon with Baked Potato. It has always been outstanding and that is the reason we go back. And the price is very fair. But last night the Baked Potato was not good. It was dry and the skin was hard as a rock. Even the bacon was too hard. Maybe it was a left-over from lunch and just heated in microwave? This was the first time we had an issue, and we hope it was just the exception. Otherwise, we can recommend this place and will eat there again soon ourselves. The service was very good and friendly, and the atmosphere is nice, too

This is one of my favorites. Food and service is always good and we love celebrating our girlie lunches and birthdays at the round table

I had the Cajun Ribeye with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes. My wife had the Roasted Garlic Sirloin with broccoli. We sampled each other's steaks, and they were excellent! The strawberry lemonade was excellent as well! This was our first visit, and we will definitely be going back to sample the rest of the menu!

Our first visit. Excellent, friendly service.

Durango Burger well prepared but disappointing. Very one note. Need something to enhance the flavors.

Tuna Appetizer looked great but was very salty. The slaw with the tuna was the star. Saltiness I hope was an anomaly.

The soups were excellent: tortilla and clam chowder. While the tortilla soup is their staple, the clam was unique and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Finally, drink selection was good and all were well prepared.

We ordered the lobster spinach questions dip. It was fantastic. The bread and butter they brought out was good.

I had the 16 oz ribeye with thyme butter with loaded mashed potatoes with a Caesar salad.

The steak came out undercooked, sent it back to the grill for some more cook time. It came back still undercooked. The cut was decent but the cook and seasoning was just ok. The loaded mashed potatoes were too rich or something. It was quite greasy, I only took a few bites.

The Caesar salad was ok.

My wife had the smaller ribeye with a loaded baked potato and Caesar salad.

Same thing with her baked potato, it was too rich and greasy.

Her steak came out overcooked, we think the kitchen plated them incorrectly...which would have been fine, we could have swapped but my steak was bigger than hers.

The service was great and the Mgr gave us a $10 gift card for the trouble with the steaks.

I'd have given them a higher score if the price point wasn't so high...for $160 for a couples meals without drinks I'd hoped it would have been a better experience.

Food was great. Service could have been better.
I got up to use the bathroom as they were bringing my tables food out. The restroom break was all of 5 minutes. I returned to my food and my steak was just a bit cold. I let my server know and could loudly hear them in the kitchen blaming me because I went to the bathroom. My entire table waited to eat their food until I returned. No one else’s food was cold. Unprofessional but did not let it ruin the evening.

Ordered the Sirloin. Toughest steak I've ever had, would not recommend.
