Super disappointing experience having never been here before but it sure was talked up as being great. We had taken a large group from our office here to eat, and while we had a generally error free experience the food quality, prep and service speed was poor. They were not busy, this was on a Tuesday evening with private dining reservations.They cut our steaks to check for temperature (who does that?), and beyond the one person who had the Bleu cheese filet, the rest of ours including my filet had zero seasoning, I had to salt mine. My appetizer salad had sat in the pass so long the dressing formed a skin. The onion rings were a highlight, the rest of the food was just ok. We were there for nearly 2.5 hours and purely an hour cumulatively was us staring at each other waiting, and waiting, and waiting.Sorry to say, but I’m not sure what to make of the place or if we’ll be back. Hopefully it was just an “off” night for them.

We visited this restaurant for our daughter's birthday celebration, her choice. Both the ambiance and dishes were impressive, especially the wedge salad with candied bacon and the Tomahawk Pork Chop, which was not a steak but still delightful. However, the service was lacking. Despite the staff being friendly, we often found ourselves searching for assistance for various needs, including water refills. Rather than refilling our existing glasses, they brought new ones each time, cluttering our table. Additionally, when I requested a specific spirit in my cocktail, they added a significant extra charge without prior notice, which I believe should have been communicated by the server. Despite these issues, I'm open to giving the restaurant another chance in the future.

I could tell the food would have tasted good. It was brought to me cold and after taking a bite of the chicken , I decided to leave. It was sitting on the kitchen counter too long before it was finally brought to me. Could it have been it was late and the server was tired? Oh well , it looked good but there was no offer to warm it just apologies and reminder not to go after 9. They are too tired by then to give good service. Greeter was friendly

Great lunch spot! Recommend the lobster dip, the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and definitely the Chocolate and Lemon Cakes. Both great desserts.Big portions so to go boxes are likely if you eat lighter meals.Parking: Parking lot right across the street.

We threw a surprise dinner for my Aunt’s 80th birthday over the weekend and I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. With a party of 20, the service was outstanding. Our servers Lawson and Ashley were patient and were always on top of it despite the chaos of a large party. The food was impeccable, not a single guest could stop speaking about how delicious their meals were. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

I had a slight issue (my fault) Mary-Lou was so gracious and accommodating that I highly recommend this place. Tim at the bar was polite and friendly, but the star was the food.Wood fired Chicken, parmesan mashed potatoes, and THAT BREAD!! I would attach a photo of my plate, but I ate it soooooo fast. Yummy.Kid-friendliness: It has a bar in it, but the main focus is on good food. Great atmosphere and fairly quiet.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Parking and ramp close by entrance. Spacious dinning room.

The only 2 issues I've had was that the server we had wasn't attentive as much. The other is I been to this location for the second time and still can't cook a medium steak properly, this the second time getting a medium well when I asked for medium rare

Service was terrible. Waiter never returned after delivering food. Had to flag down several times to get assistance. Another waiter came over and said she would take care of everything and she disappeared. Once we finally got the check, we made the waiter stay to get our payment as we didn't have 30 minutes for him to disappear again.
