Ippolito's Family Style Italian Restaurant

The food was awesome and the service was very special. Our server was awesome. She was just awesome. For her to be young, she definitely learned from someone great. Customer service very big to me.

Ippolito's was great. We're had excellent service from Denise. My husband and I shared the chef specials of the day, meatloaf entree and fried ravioli appetizer. We came home with enough leftovers for another meal. Great food and generous portions.

The service I received by the young lady at the bar was terrible. Very rude short and snappy this will be my last time dinning here. If you don't like your job you should find something that makes you happy.

Good prices and excellent food and good service

This location is just ok, Ippolitos in Roswell is better. No fresh Parmesan which is disappointing.

Ippolitos has been my go to Italian restaurant for many years but tonight changed that. I've never received such bad service by the waiter and manager, Jonathan. My food arrived looking like someone stuck their thumb in it and was not warm. When the waiter came back over and noticed I had not eaten anything but two bites, asked if I wanted a to go box. I explained the issues with my meal and how I was very unsatisfied. I've never not eaten chicken Parmesan at any restaurant let alone what was my favorite place for this meal. The waiter did not apologize and said maybe we can have a dessert for free. I said no thanks and I'd like to speak to the manager. Jonathan arrived and loudly demanded to know what was wrong with my meal. I explained my issues and he said they had served 100 of those today insinuating there could not have been a problem. Also said that there was no way the food was not hot. He didn't apologize once and made me feel like I was bothering him. I might return to ippolitos but definitely not this one. I do not recommend this location if this is how they treat all their guests.

good service, good food. 1st time there

Pretty good Italian food for Georgia. A little pricey. Garlic rolls are hand made and OUT OF THIS WORLD. Service was great. We had a calamari appetizer, which was really good, but not the best I have ever had. Overall good experience, would go back, and would reccommend.

My wife had Veal Picatta and the sauce was terrible. Too much butter, not enough lemon, and soggy spaghetti. I had a chicken marsala and it was very good. The garlic dinner rolls were delicious as always. Service was alright. Try the Italian Mule!

Great place great food and great service

The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. Enjoyed the complimentary bread A LOT. The calamari appetizer was a tad overdone but still tasty. My 13 year old son enjoyed it immensely. By the time our entrees arrived we were pretty full. The Greek pizza was ok but had a bit too much olive oil for my taste. My wife enjoyed her stuffed shells. My son hardly touched his spaghetti and meatballs. He said they tasted like the ones at school but I think it's because he filled up on bread and calamari. Overall a nice experience and I'd go back.

The meal portions are huge and the food is excellent. I thought the prices were a tad high, but once the meal came out I couldn't believe how much food there was. Definitely got your money's worth and then some. Great bread and marinara sauce for appetizer. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice family style restaurant. Went there for a graduation celebration. Very good service and food. Reasonably priced!

Had dinner here the other night. This place is AWESOME!! Bread/rolls were fantastic and the sauce was very good! Service was excellent! Glad I don't live near this place, or my Dr. would be very upset with my weight!
