The owners are very nice friendly welcome you the employees are very nice . I go there almost everyday there sandwich are great they taste fresh they cook there bread everyday a great place to get your food

Great experience!! 10/10 would go again. catering was ready when I arrived. Everyone enjoyed their sandwiches. Cleanest JJ bathroom I've ever been in! Owners and employees were awesome!

HORRIBLE ORDERED A BLT HOAGIE IT WAS DRY BARELY MAYO AND LIKE BARELY NO BACON. I LITERALLY JUST ATE A LETTUCE HOAGIE AND ACTUALLY JUST 3 BITES AND TOSSED THE REST. THANKS A LOT. 😔😳😡

Before I went grocery shopping at Aldi’s next door I ran into Jimmy Johns to use restroom. Post grocery shopping my plan was to grab lunch here on my way home. Upon entering the welcoming was warm but as soon as I informed I was going to restroom I was asked if that was all I was doing. The approach rubbed me wrong & I didn’t feel compelled to share I was planning on buying lunch shortly so I said yes? and I was asked to use Aldi’s restroom as this was private property. Leaving Aldi’s I grabbed Chick-fil-A for lunch even though I would have preferred to get a sub but I felt some kind of way about the experience. I’m assuming this must happen a lot (people coming in to use restroom) and I’m sure it’s annoying but little moments like this can absolutely impact how customers view you in their minds
