How is this place still in business. Food is OK. Slow, poorly managed and always empty.
I would never eat at this restaurant when visiting ATL. I’m appalled at the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show I saw on tv with G. Garvin chef and Guy. The restaurant chef made only one (1) bowl of noodles for tasting and disrespecting G. Garvin, African American male chef. If two chefs visit your little business, you should have respected both with tasting bowls. Like I said, you will never get a dime from me! Get it together.
This place is closed. Unknown if it will reopen.
It is in a super busy bougie strip mall. Parking is difficult.
Drove 30 minutes to eat dinner just to find out the restaurant is temporarily closed for an unknown amount of time. Really upsetting and annoying! A lot of people showed up to eat, including someone planning to eat for a birthday dinner. Really unprofessional to not make a Facebook post or update to announce the closure.
The Korean fried chicken dish was really great! But unfortunately the spicy nappa ramen I ordered tasted like the meat had gone bad. It was sour and didn’t taste right. Our waiter was great and they were very nice about it. Not sure what happened but that was very disappointing :(
The food was really good. The servers were very nice and friendly. We also tried the Sushi Lobster it was delicious!! 😋
I really enjoyed the katsudon! and the servers are attentive and nice c:
It baffles me how this place occupies a killer location, constantly offers bad services and food, and hasn't closed down yet. Food is terrible, service is slow, staff don't know what they are doing. They need to leave and make way to a better restaurant.
I had an overall pleasant experience. It’s rare to find a Japanese ramen and sushi combo lunch for just $20 these days!
When they first opened, we thought it was expensive but good. Now it’s terrible. I did a DoorDash order and everything was super greasy and salty. We went in person to give it another chance and never again. The sushi arrived at our table warm, not room temp, but warm. If that wasn’t off putting enough, the ramen had no flavor and was just really salty water with mushy noodles, egg, a couple bamboo shoots and 1 piece of pork, completely over priced. If the place being empty wasn’t a red flag, the warm sushi definitely is. It’s super over priced for the quality. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Went to support this new restaurant in Peachtree Corners. We arrived just before 8pm , knowing they closed at 9pm. We walked in, the “host” walked to the back and got another girl (who looked like she had been sleeping)! They walked up saying last call is at 815 can you be done by then. We said no and walked out. Sad that a new restaurant can have that type of “welcome”. Too many real ramen places close by.
This is the kind of restaurant you try out and never come back to .doesnt leave a terrible impression, but also not a great impression. Its Not worth the price point at all . The sushi is so tiny , chicken nuggets are bigger than the sushi . The ramen isn’t all that great, the noodles were mushy and the broth wasn’t flavorful at all . The bugolgi bowl was okay . Rice was sticky , broccoli was mushy , meat was chewy and no flavor . Over all I think only the customer service was the only decent thing because the food , eh .
Today’s was our second experience. The ramen was tasteless

Amazing food, I love the bulgogi don and all the Ramen dishes, but even better staff not even sure which I'm coming for anymore. Love the whole crew, Mike, Moeko, Scarlet and the kitchen staff of course.

Jinbei West offers a minimalistic and cool atmosphere, with friendly staff and cute serving plates that give the place a modern, relaxed feel. There’s ample parking, and the outdoor patio seating is a highlight, perfect for enjoying sundowners with a nice view of the green. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The sushi felt more on par with grocery store offerings like Kroger, but more expensive and the ramen failed to impress. While the ambiance is inviting, the food didn’t leave us wanting to return.
