Original recipe triple fried. The chicken was literally inedible. I do not understand how hard it is to just stick with the standard. You have these employees that do not care what is going out. I do not have a close KFC and this was a 45 minute round trip to get the most disgusting fried chicken I ever had. They were burnt fried. The chicken was leather. How hard is it to just make it the way it's supposed to be? Do you not have timers? Rather, do you not hear the timers? What a joke this place is. My god fast food sucks these days.

Of the 7 Taco Bell items we ordered, only 3 were right.
Ordered Cheese quesedulla, got a chicken one. Ordered a 7 layer burrito, got a burrito supreme. Ordered 2 cool ranch doritos tacos, got 2 regular doritos tacos. For context, the cheese quesedilla and 7 layer burrito were for a vegetarian, so she literally could not eat anything given to us. Just go to a regular Taco Bell, why the company does this stupid combined locations thing is beyond me.

Trash place. They have a sign that says drive up to window to order . Waited about 5 mins to drive up to the window just to be told you have to come inside to order . Backwards establishment and a waste of time management needs restructured .

Avoid this establishment if you’d like to get your food in a reasonable amount of time. The speaker box has been broken forever meaning that you have to order at the window. If that wasn’t bad enough, it’s like they never have food prepared. It also takes forever to get your food. This is a true disappointment.

I can't speak on the food because out of the 3 times I've been there, they've not had what I would have wanted to order and they've taken their vsweet time helping customers. I wouldn't want their food anyway as they prepare it with their bare hands when no one is looking. The staff only proceeded to put them on when customers walked in. They drive-thru has not been working for months.

When I stopped by, there was nobody at the counter and the restrooms were locked. I was planning to order food, but they wouldn’t let me use the restroom first. It was disappointing, and I chose not to stay.

Great experience at this Taco Bell/KFC! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, fast, and made sure my order was perfect. Food came out hot, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to!

More than 2 month with the drive thru speaker damage. This cause a lots of delays in the service.. The note in the speaker all ready fade.

This is probably the worst fast food place ever. I wish I could rate it based on food quality, but I never even have a chance to eat anything. Every time I TRY to give them a chance they don’t have anything cooked or in stock. But this last visit solidified everything. Went to the drive thru and was only looking to get some side items. Waiting for 10 minutes and nobody even said anything thru the speaker. Tried saying “hello” twice and nothing. So we went inside, it was empty. Waited at the counter for a couple minutes and can hear someone in the back complain about two people in drive thru and two people at the front (us). Finally this kid walks up, no apologies for the wait or anything, “what would you like”. Us, “yes, can we get a large mac”. Before we can even finish, he just walks away towards the back kitchen. Doesn’t say anything, just walks away. He comes back 20 seconds later and says “we don’t have any, it would be like a 10 minute wait”. I am not opposed to waiting for food, I understand you run out of things. But this was prime dinner time, why are you not more prepared? And this ON TOP of ridiculously poor service. Suffice to say, we said “nevermind” and left. I am surprised this location has survived, but I will no longer be wasting my time going there.
