It’s all in the pictures. Seriously. These employees should be ashamed to send this out to customers. My chicken was a ROCK. Old, gross, hard. Will never go back. Inedible is an understatement.

Order a famous bowl at 7:15 pm. It took 45 minutes for them to give me my order and this is what they call the “famous bowl”. This place SUCKS!! The employees are the worst. No sense of customer service at all. This place should be visited by the health department and they should shut it down!!!! Don’t WASTE your money at this location.

A horrible experience! The chicken tasted like old grease, they didn't give us cutlery or a glass for our soda, when I asked for it, the manager was very rude, the soda machines DID NOT WORK!! I asked him kindly if he could serve me soda from the self-service machine and he refused, in the end he did but the soda tasted horrible, without soda, I wasted my money on the soda because he never gave me a solution. The restaurant smelled of pure cigarettes as did the employee who served. I won't return to this rest!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered via Grubhub and they messed up my order again. Instead of 2 biscuits and 2 mashed potatoes they gave me 1 mashed potato, corn and Cole slaw. They put a bunch of thighs even though I asked for drumsticks. They forgot my sauces and the chicken is dry and tastes like it was cooked in days old grease. I ate the 1 drumstick, the skin off some of the thighs and threw the rest away. Eat at your own risk. I will be calling the health department tomorrow hopefully y’all get shut down

If I could give it negative stars I would. Never taking drive thru orders and asks you to come in then you have to wait for way too long only to be told they don't have half of the menu items. Most horrible restaurant I've ever been to.

This location is very horrible. Went to the window to order a 5$ box (that is in the window but nowhere on the drive thru menu). When I got to the window and asked for the $5 box, the drive thru lady had an attitude and said “which box we have so many”. I said oh I didn’t know there is nothing on the menu and she said “what?”. Again with an attitude. Went inside and ordered instead and asked for a manager. One was never called. I left after waiting about 10 minutes.

Ordered on the app for drive thru pick up, was told I had to come inside because the hadn't made it yet. Went inside, had to wait for someone to wait on me.
When I got home items were missing. Location is too far from me to even try to go back.
Employees need to be trained in customer service. They seem not to know what it is.
Bathroom was dirty on top of that.

I ordered food through Door Dash and it was terrible to look at! Not only did they leave out half of our order, but the food delivered was old, burned, skin missing and leaking through the sealed bag with the boxes in it! I did not get the pieces of chicken I ordered, was short on biscuits and they didn't give us our drinks! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Parking: I don't know about the parking, but the food is NOT worth the trip! It's not fair that you receive that one star!

Kid-friendliness: The food you guys delivered me would SCARE any kid!

So i stopped eating at this location as well as stopped accepting uber deliveries from here because the service was too slow for the lack of customers that would be there but also the customer service was lacking. Recently, i decided to give them one more try and noticed an obvious change. Service was much better as well as the customer service and i was pleasantly surprised but I also noticed a new lady who appeared to be the manager running the restaurant like a boss and i couldn't help but smile. Came back and had the same experience. I hope someone sees this and know that Shauntae (sorry if i mispelled) has come into this location and made a complete change that i as a customer as well as former food industry worker/customer service worker, feels definitely need to be recognized and/or rewarded. With her in charge, id gladly return.

Just finished the korean bbq nuggets. They were indeed....exquisite but left me yearning for more.... I wondered to myself.... what is the meaning of korean bbq nuggets....is it inevitable that my stomach would devour them regardless? Perhaps... but in the hierarchy of chicken.... where did it fall? Was it all a lie.... or did something else lie beneath the layers...? 8.5 out of 10 lol. ? I have to give this establishment 2 stars though, cause they wouldn't accept cash. Who doesn't accept cash?!

I ordered my food in the drive thru. The cashier was very rude and threw my food in my hand. This young lady also slammed the window in my face. The manager on duty was rude as well!
