The light skin dude with long hair is slow and does not know how to take or make an order why hire? They just care about getting paid not about making sure the customers orders and food is correct and taking care of, sad just sad for real do not recommend this spot

Went thru the drive thru and was told they were understaffed and that the wait would be 15 min. I was okay with waiting 15 min. Still waited an extra 15 min and my order was not ready.

Close this place down already... I ordered taco bell and it took them forever to get my prepared... then they gave it to the wrong person and I had to wait all over again... on top of that the food was horrible and there was hair in my nachos... this place is HORRIBLE... I will never go back...

This place should be closed and the health department should be called. They are going to make someone really sick or worse kill someone. I will be calling the health department. The more I look at this food aNd the girl with the rainbow hair ask what’s wrong with it show she need to be fired and this place needs to be closed. Everyone should be fired. KFC brand is constantly being tarnished by locations that serve food that looks like this. It makes my stomach sick to even look at it let alone smell it. Don’t eat here at all unless you don’t mind old greasy food.

I need the owner to reach out to me as soon as possible. I came and ordered food yesterday. Chicken strip box and the $5 Taco Bell box.The strip box was inedible. The strips were old and so dried out they were beyond hard. They were like rocks. My child could not eat anything. We did not get our mashed potatoes and the biscuit was rock hard as well.The 5 layer burrito, OMGOODNESS… what the heck is going on??? We asked for a substitution of black beans instead of refried beans and that was all we got along with some melted cheese. Where was the 5 layers?? And we didn’t get our cinnamon twists.Even though I had to get to work, I drove back up there and asked to have the order replaced with fresh food and per the way I had requested it.They refused to make it right. The young black lady gave me nothing but attitude and the white lady whom called herself a manager was actually the one who put the order together. SHAME ON HER!! When I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t give me one and this was after they were refusing to correct the order and provide fresh food. I asked for the owners name and number and they said that they weren’t allowed to give it out. I may be wrong, but I feel positive that I’ve seen it posted in the drive thru window. This place has gone to pure $@&” and I mean that in the nicest way. It’s always a hit a miss here.To refuse a customer service and provide fresh food has earned a call to the health department. I’d like the owner to respond and connect with me to make this right. I am out food and money as all the food was left with the store.

Stay away from this place, the food is awful, the biscuts are hard as hockey pucs. I will never return to this place, the employees are nasty looking and rude. They argue with each other and don't consider the customer. They should close this place.
