Small little shop for a quick bite. A variety of sandwiches are available. We tried the chicken salad and turkey and swiss. All hoagies are served on soft bread. Servers are friendly and the place is clean. I would go back.

We were referred to this Knuckies by a friend. I won't be taking his recommendations again when it goes to hoagies.
The staff was friendly when we were having problems with our delivery order.
If the food was as good as the staff was friendly, it's would me make a great hoagie place.
Their hoagie rolls are hot dog rolls on steroid. Very soft interior and the exterior is that of a split top hot dog bun. It was maybe 8 inches long.
Their cheesesteak, nothing outstanding, was the right temperature. No detectable seasoning on the steak. We had two cheesesteaks. The one that had no extra cheese ordered, looked like it didn't have cheese on it at all. The other cheesesteak where I ordered extra cheese, had a lot of cheese which was good. Ordered sauteed onions, would have liked a lot more. I'm from Philly. I will give them credit the steak was properly presented, nicely shaved just no flavor.
They should call them steak & cheese because while a decent hoagie, it does a disservice to the term cheesesteak, nowhere near a real Philly cheesesteak.
And in response to the owners reply. I would be open to giving it another shot if and only if you replaced the rolls with real hoagie rolls. Without the proper roll, anyone familiar and who loves Philly cheesesteaks, will tell you that it isn't the thing they are looking for. You did really good on the cut and quality of the meat that did surprise me.

This place is a "MUST HAVE" ! New to the Peachtree Corners, stopped in for lunch. Chris made me a couple CheeseSteak Hoagies. Wow, to my surprise! They are much larger than I thought. Large portion of steak, topped with cheese in a soft hoagie bun.
I have a big appetite, ordered two sandwiches for myself. Could only eat one ! If you knew me, that says a lot ! Thank you Chris.

Tried Knuckles and had mixed feelings. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the Cuban—both were pretty salty. The Philly was overwhelmingly salty for me, so I definitely won’t be ordering that again. The Cuban was also on the salty side, but my husband really enjoyed it and would probably get it again. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of their warm sandwiches, but I’m looking forward to trying their cold ones next time. My rating is based solely on these two hot sandwiches, so we’ll see how the cold options compare!

I was initially hesitant to step into the store because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. However, Sherlyn, one of the employees, noticed us outside looking a bit unsure and immediately came to welcome us in. She kindly held the door for us, helped carry our bags, and made us feel at ease right away. Sherlyn patiently guided us through the entire menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, including customer favorites and her own personal picks. Amazingly, our food was ready within 10 seconds of ordering! She cheerfully brought our meals to us and even took the time to sit down and ensure everything met our expectations. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend coming when Sherlyn is on duty—her exceptional service truly made the experience unforgettable.

This place is awesome. Lawrence was very hospitable and ensured my sandwich was amazing.
After having a bite, it was the best Philly I had this side of metro ATL.
