Kremo Ice cream

The ice cream here is really tasty with lots of flavors to choose from. The girl working there was very kind and friendly. She served with a smile and made sure we were happy with our choice. I’ll definitely come again!

Do yourself a favor and go to a different place

Went there at 2:30 PM today and it was closed despite the hours saying it should be open. Hopefully it’s out of business and a good ice cream shop can replace. Have tried to come before and it is so hot inside and very low staff with long lines, we just left.

Kittu has terrible customer service. Had an attitude the whole time i was trying to order. Was my first time here and she was very unwelcoming. She didn’t add no toppings to my order nor asked me if i wanted anything. I requested a refund and that would include refunding the tip but she decided to keep it so I didn’t get my full refund. Super disappointed as a first time client, wouldn’t recommend to come here. Go to roll it up ice cream instead better service for the same experience.

The location is great and the staff are friendly but they are always so slow because they have to make each order one at a time. They introduced “scooped” ice creams to the menu and we thought ordering those would be faster since they don’t have to do the rolling thing, but it wasn’t. It was also unclear which flavors could be scooped vs rolled. After waiting so long, the ice creams didn’t even taste that amazing. The trendiness of rolled ice cream has also worn off since first introduced. What ever happened to just regular old scooped ice cream?

Maybe the best ice cream I’ve had ! Asked to add caramel and they were happy to do so. I e cream was great and will go back!

I started visiting Kremo out of curiosity, and now it’s one of my favorite places for dessert. The rolled ice cream is not just fun to watch but also super tasty and fresh. You can really taste the difference in quality compared to regular ice creams.

I love how they let you customize your flavors and toppings my usual pick is anything with strawberries and Nutella. It always hits the spot.

The staff is friendly and polite. They don’t rush you, and they always have a smile on their face. The whole place has a relaxed vibe, it’s clean, and a nice spot to chill for a bit.

Kremo has great rolled ice cream, a good environment, and a team that makes the experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a cool treat.

While the concept of Kremo is great, the staffing has always been really terrible. I’ve been coming here since it opened and have at most seen three employees, usually two or tonight just the one. He’s happy to bring up the register and take people’s money but took 20 minutes to put out two bowls of the standard ice cream Menu with no modifications and there are at least 15 orders that came in after ours. The rent here has been raised substantially and I believe this is a personally franchise so hoping that operating cost or staffing can change before we hit spring break or the busier days and months coming. If we had not beat the rush we would’ve left. Pictures of the women’s bathroom just to show it had not been checked in a while, although I cleaned it up myself as much as I could

The only have 1 size ice cream. I took my daughters and spent $28 on three ice creams. They weren’t that good, and we ended up throwing a bunch away. Maybe consider kids sizes?

We went to Kremo because my son wanted ice cream. When we walked inside Kremo, we didn’t feel welcome at all. The lady working there had her AirPods on and didn’t even greet us as we walked in. There were dirty tables with ice cream still on them and ice cream on the floor too. There were no customers when we walked in but the lady working didn’t even bother cleaning up the place. It was so quiet too since there was no music playing. The only good thing that came from going to Kremo was that my son enjoyed the ice cream. At least she didn’t mess that up. Overall atmosphere and service were not that great.

I went into Kremo with two friends. Only one had heard of them and said she'd heard positive things. My first experience with rolled icecream hadn't been great so I feeling "meh" about it. But I ordered the Sweet Monkey and my other friend the Biscofken. They were both SOOOOOO good! Creamy and delicious, great fresh flavors! Happy taste buds! Highly recommend!

The young woman working there did not greet us and was preoccupied with her phone while we waited to place our ice cream order. After we finally ordered, she began making our ice cream without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Throughout the process, she continued to chat on her AirPods and was not wearing a mask. Additionally, all the tables were dirty. When we attempted to clean one ourselves, we noticed the stains had likely been there for quite some time and wouldn’t come off easily. Our kids enjoyed their ice cream, but overall, we will not be returning.

We love their ice cream!! The girls work here are very nice and friendly, we feel bad for come in the last minute but they are there still welcome us in and even recommend us which flavor is good. Definitely our new favorite place and we will come more often.
