Kremo Ice cream

I just purchased 4 ice creams for my family and sadly the chocolate and strawberry scoops had no flavor at all. They tasted as if they were watered down and only looked like chocolate and strawberry flavored ice cream. $9 for a serving of something that has no flavor is not a way to run a business. I’ll NEVER go there angain. Avoid!!!

The worse place to get ice cream. Save your money and go to a different place. These people don’t know what costumer service is.

Only order the rolled up ice cream l if you order the regular ice cream it’s an icy mess and tastes like ice cream that has freezer burn. They were nice about giving me a different flavor ice cream but same problem. Something about the way they prepare the rolled up ice cream makes it taste ok but not the simple scoops of ice cream.

I have no had rolled ice cream in so long and was hoping I would get a good experience even though the reviews were mixed. The ice cream was not worth the wait nor the price.

The hours listed here and the hours on the window said they were open. It was not a holiday (end of July). All the lights were on, but the door was locked and no one was inside. How do they expect to get customers? My son was VERY disappointed

Edit: I have updated my review based on today’s visit. Everything was delicious, we got our order fast, and the store was tidy. Loved it!

Past 3 star review: The ice cream is very good, but we waited over an hour for our ice cream for a group of 4. There was no order to the cups waiting to be made, so people who came way after us got their ice cream first. When they finally made our last order, they gave it to another customer, so we had to wait even longer. They seemed to be short-staffed with only 2 people working, but the main issue was not making the ice cream in the correct order. The toppings area was a mess including the floor.

The ice cream here is really tasty with lots of flavors to choose from. The girl working there was very kind and friendly. She served with a smile and made sure we were happy with our choice. I’ll definitely come again!

Do yourself a favor and go to a different place

Went there at 2:30 PM today and it was closed despite the hours saying it should be open. Hopefully it’s out of business and a good ice cream shop can replace. Have tried to come before and it is so hot inside and very low staff with long lines, we just left.

Kittu has terrible customer service. Had an attitude the whole time i was trying to order. Was my first time here and she was very unwelcoming. She didn’t add no toppings to my order nor asked me if i wanted anything. I requested a refund and that would include refunding the tip but she decided to keep it so I didn’t get my full refund. Super disappointed as a first time client, wouldn’t recommend to come here. Go to roll it up ice cream instead better service for the same experience.

The location is great and the staff are friendly but they are always so slow because they have to make each order one at a time. They introduced “scooped” ice creams to the menu and we thought ordering those would be faster since they don’t have to do the rolling thing, but it wasn’t. It was also unclear which flavors could be scooped vs rolled. After waiting so long, the ice creams didn’t even taste that amazing. The trendiness of rolled ice cream has also worn off since first introduced. What ever happened to just regular old scooped ice cream?

Maybe the best ice cream I’ve had ! Asked to add caramel and they were happy to do so. I e cream was great and will go back!

I started visiting Kremo out of curiosity, and now it’s one of my favorite places for dessert. The rolled ice cream is not just fun to watch but also super tasty and fresh. You can really taste the difference in quality compared to regular ice creams.

I love how they let you customize your flavors and toppings my usual pick is anything with strawberries and Nutella. It always hits the spot.

The staff is friendly and polite. They don’t rush you, and they always have a smile on their face. The whole place has a relaxed vibe, it’s clean, and a nice spot to chill for a bit.

Kremo has great rolled ice cream, a good environment, and a team that makes the experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a cool treat.

While the concept of Kremo is great, the staffing has always been really terrible. I’ve been coming here since it opened and have at most seen three employees, usually two or tonight just the one. He’s happy to bring up the register and take people’s money but took 20 minutes to put out two bowls of the standard ice cream Menu with no modifications and there are at least 15 orders that came in after ours. The rent here has been raised substantially and I believe this is a personally franchise so hoping that operating cost or staffing can change before we hit spring break or the busier days and months coming. If we had not beat the rush we would’ve left. Pictures of the women’s bathroom just to show it had not been checked in a while, although I cleaned it up myself as much as I could

Kind of a silly concept and not worth the price.
