Minus one star for not repeating my order for accuracy, minus one star for rushing me while I was ordering and didn’t complete my order, minus another star for not adding ketchup to my Krystal burgers as I did order it that way at the speaker and it was not on them
Take out only two people working and the drive thru worker is also working the front counter had to wait eight minutes for my food and five cars had already been served at the drive thru before I got my food this is ridiculous and not good for business
