I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to La Parrilla at norcross. My wife ordered a steak burrito and found a sharp, needle-like piece of material inside her food. This was extremely concerning and unsafe. We expected better food safety and quality control from this restaurant. The staff needs to take this issue seriously to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Manager only discount that plate of burrito the whole tab should have been taken care of full tab for such a mistake.

Had a wonderful dinner with my husband and we really enjoyed the food and service. Jaqueline was very attentive and kept getting us our refills and bringing extra napkins without us even having to ask.

We’ve been coming here weekly for about a year and a half, and it’s always a great experience. The upbeat, lively atmosphere never fails to put us in a good mood. The food is consistently high-quality, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

Luis was our server today, and he’s always fantastic. He’s attentive, friendly, and always remembers us when we come in, which makes the experience feel even more special.

Been here three times in the last 2 months each time we go, the service gets worse. This time drinks were forgotten, we had to wait 15 minutes to sit in the empty patio for no reason that we could see, and the service was just rude and laxidasical. We'll find someplace else.

The staff was friendly. The server was excellent. The food was really good, everything came out fast and correct I highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for Mexican food.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant's plaza has become a nightmare to park in. It's really tough for disabled folks to find a spot because non-handicapped people are taking up most of the spaces in an attempt to park. The parking situation has gone downhill due to a ton of construction, and it looks like it's going to be like this for a while.

A spectacular place where you will find a varied menu, excellent atmosphere, (family and couples) good music, quality, super, beautiful and clean bathrooms, friendly service, delicious dishes from the moment you sit at the table.
I hope to come back soon.
Recommended; Shrimp, chicken and roast beef fajitas, chimichanga and blackberry juice. Without passing up The Fabulous and spectacular dessert: "brownie with vanilla ice cream and cream."
