It is a lovely location and the porch itself is beautiful. The servers were great and friendly. Unfortunately, the food took forever to come out. And when it finally arrived, it was so salty that we could barely eat it. Very unfortunate indeed. Ah well! Lesson learned.
Okay restaurant in the hotel. My meal (power bowl) was mediocre but the added piece of salmon was very good. The servers were nice and friendly. The night were there it was very quiet... only a few other tables were occupied.
Enjoyed lunch in the indoor dining room and despite being the only patrons, our experience was great. Our server Alejandro was a master at timing and understanding the importance of when to approach. His professionalism is an asset to Dahlia's. We enjoyed delicious salads perfectly made And presented. Ana who was manager during our visit, was fun and informative and grateful for our support.
Horrible experience the service and food did not match the pricing . Everyone's Food was super cold and the server kept forgetting things we ordered- no chicken on salad , no sweet potatoes no drinks and we were the only table sitting. It was quite an unpleasant experience for a special father days meal.
This was my second time here in the past two weeks. Ambiance and service were great both times. I ordered the mushroom risotto both times. Last night's preparation was not as good as the first. The risotto was full of oil/butter and quite stiff. I enjoy the restaurant but will probably order another dish the next visit.
Ana and the entire restaurant team are incredible!

Nice lobby bar and bartender was great making and serving cocktails. Breakfast is descent, but can’t recommend it. Just the basic Hilton offerings.

Came by for a late afternoon pick me up. We decided on a a well balanced choice of cappuccino, cake, and fries. Service was top tier. Precious greeted us as we entered and Jason took care of us fromThere. Both were incredibly kind, especially considering we didn’t order any alcoholic beverages. The cappuccinos were Illy coffee and tasted great with a sprinkle of cinnamon! We hadn’t planned to have cake but Jason recommended the six layer chocolate cake and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Perfect ganache and thin layers of moist cake. The garlic and herb fries were also tasty, perfectly crisp, and seasoned well. We enjoyed our visit and loved the quiet location to catch up. Thank you, Jason, for making our stay perfect!

Chef Micheal was awesome! The NY strip and short ribs were amazing! The steak had PERFECT flavor and was truly cooked Medium! Even the cooked onions were delicious! The ribs were so tender! My husband loved it! Thanks for a perfect dinner at the Hilton! We are glad we opted to dine in versus finding a local spot. Latitude 33...we enjoyed the drinks, dinner, and dessert.

I was there Saturday, December 17. The bartender was pretty much alone and served as bartender and server. She did a great job. About 15 people were standing in front of her wanting drinks and she held her composure and worked that line down. She was very friendly.
I also came for breakfast the next morning. They had a nice buffet-style breakfast that was 18.95. There was so much to choose from.
I would recommend stopping by if you are staying at the Hilton.

3rd time was NOT the charm. First 2 times were actually pretty good would have given 4-5 stars. Tonight, ordered 2 Duke burgers - medium, no onion jam, nothing complicated. Burgers arrived... onion jam, bit into it - rare, and super, super greasy. On top of that fries were so soggy. For $45 it's just terribly disappointing. Will not be back for a 4th after this one, which sucks since I'm here for work every other week.
The food was really good and generous portions. The server was very attentive.
