I love this location! Staff is so amazing!!

I've been to one other, this location seemed older the drinks weren't consistent nor was the food. It was okay. I ordered the fried shrimp and fried asparagus., but that was on me . I barely order fried food unless it's french fries.

Nice lunch in the patio. Fish and chips came with 3 large pieces of fish. Only downside is the greasy fries.

Our server Rory was very efficient and friendly, and she knew exactly when to follow up.

Today, We ordered two black and blue burgers, an order of kids tenders And two cocktails. The burgers and fries were cold and the fries were heavy with truffle oil. The appetizer ( spring rolls ) were cold in the middle. And my child only ate one bit of her tenders. The cocktails were mostly juice and ginger. Waste of $80+. Presented my concerns to the manager/chef, and he spent more time defending his cooks than making sure the issues were resolved. He did not offer to prepare new food, or offer a discount. I’m terribly disappointed, as I raved about this place to my out of town guest to only have them disappointed and searching for another restaurant for lunch before we left the restaurant. To you, the Pick somewhere else.

Great atmosphere. Great food. Excellent staff. Chris the GM was extremely helpful. Most restaurants can have long wait teams to seat you without a reservation. From the second I walked in he was very attentive to all patrons. He walked up to me and asked if I was helped. When I responded not yet, he was quick to get a server to seat me. Ms Bridgette the server was also very quick to ask if anything else was needed. So overall great service above anything else.

We visited Marlowes on 9/1 and before we could finish, the manager on duty asked us if we could move our party of 6 (with 3 kids) to another table so he could seat a party of 8 instead. He insisted on us getting the rest of our drinks and food to go vs. enjoying the rest of our time there so he could seat another party. It was incredibly rude to rush us, and I let the manager know this. We eat at Marlowes all the time, however, after this experience we will not be returning. I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and can confidently say that the current manager needs more training in hospitality. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. The bartender, who was extremely nice and did an EXCELLENT job (Anthony) had to apologize for the manager rushing us. I hope this review gets to the right people because our experience today was absolutely awful.

My wife threw my 50th birthday party here and it was amazing. The staff was super fast and friendly, the manager came out several times to make sure everything was perfect. Great venue!
