Planet Smoothie

I pulled up at 5:50 and all of the lights were turned off, walked in and the young man with glasses says “We decided to close 10 minutes early today” “Have a nice day” I stood there in awe. Little did he know this was my first time and last time at Planet Smoothie.

Additionally, I would like to mention, the bar was cleared at 5:50 also, so he obviously closed alot earlier than 10 minutes. Poor customer service.
I am very unsatisfied,

Good bowls, nice presentations. The location is very clean. The personal do their job. Just one humble suggestion: smile, it doesn’t cost money but makes people come back.

After repeated and horrid experiences and inconsistent orders at other smoothie places around, I decided to give this a shot and im glad I did. Sure there's no drive thru but I'll gladly walk 30 feet and converse with helpful and kind staff for better quality and better tasting smoothies.

The Strawberry Colada was delicious! I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I could taste chemicals from the tap water used that had an old filter. If you change out the water filter, then this is a 5/5 product all day! I love the Strawberry Colada flavor!

Can be a little slow sometimes, but the smoothies are really good. I recommend the Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash!

I get a smoothie often from this location. Always the correct order and friendly.

I actually tried smoothie places in one week around the same area, and by far, this was the best smoothie 😋 🙌 👌

My son had a football game in the area and I was unfamiliar with the surroundings. I must say that Nay is simply amazing! Her kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. She provided top-notch customer service throughout my visit, and even recommended a delicious smoothie that I thoroughly enjoyed. I give her an A+++ for her outstanding work!

Best smoothie I have ever had. Best smoothie place ever. Not only do they use fresh only ingredients, the staff are beyond exceptional, providing outstanding customer service every time. Have made this a daily in my routine during recovery from surgery, and though I have no citation for this aiding in quick recovery, I would swear that it has. If it wasn't the smoothies, it was the positivity and smiles given every single time by the amazing staff.
