The food was what o would expect of a Poke place. However… the service is off the charts. This one factor is why I would choose to come here over Pokeworks competition. Sam who is corporate and works with franchise owners epitomizes a true servant leader. He sets a phenomenal example of how to do customer service right. He went above and beyond to make my experience 5 star and demonstrate how everyone at every level should pitch in to make an experience. Bravo- would come back if I lived in AtL

The worker seemed a bit off, perhaps having a tough morning. Price-wise, the poke bowl was $18 and didn’t impress my girlfriend much; she felt it wasn’t as fresh as expected. It could have been an off day, so maybe worth giving it another shot. Overall, a mixed experience with potential for improvement.

I find it’s a little slow every time I go in or just too busy, so I prefer to order ahead through the app. Especially if you like to get big sushi burritos, it’ll come out better if you order ahead, while it tends to be a bit of a mess if you try to get it right there.Vegetarian options: You can customize everything you want, so you can get meatless poke or sushi burrito if you really want.Parking: There is lots of parking around, and usually parking is free in front of the store or nearby. While facing the store, there is a parking lot to the left and a large parking deck to the right (in front of the theater).
