I brought my family here for Mother's Day brunch. I used to come here with friends and the food & service was always so great. I never came for breakfast but thought we'd give it a try. Sadly, this was the worst breakfast! We should've stayed home. We were there first thing in the morning. The chicken and waffles were not good at all, absolutely no taste and the waffle was tough. they gave us coffee with no cream or sugar, said they were out of juice and butter. I understand businesses are hurting after COVID but this seemed more like a disorganized restaurant. Definitely not the same place I loved to support. We will not be coming back again. The young man who was serving us was so nice and pleasant though. He's the only reason we didn't complain or ask for a refund. We barely at anything.

Similar to a few others' feedback regarding the major shift in service, atmosphere and food - I dined at Pub Ten and it was the complete opposite of what I experienced a couple of years ago when I looked forward to their Grilled Cheese options. I believe it is under new management as it was a completely different staff from what I remember and the cook came out to announce updates, menu changes and new events coming (so taking a guess he's an owner or manager). Totally understand times are difficult for small businesses through the pandemic and now major inflation so it was difficult for me to rate this 1 star but there was zero effort on their end and I truly wish there was more awareness that this once-popular-spot is now under different management. I expected a family friendly place but there was very loud music and the woman who greeted us just told us to sit anywhere and kept recommending a boozy brunch drink (bottomless mimosas, bloodys, et). Wrinkled, paper menus with standard home printer ink were placed in front of us and I was surprised to not recognize any of my usual dishes. Regardless, my husband and I each chose a dish and he ordered a beer. We wanted to give this new version of Pub Ten a chance. 10 minutes probably went by and I had to wave down the woman who took our order to ask if his beer was coming and she pointed across the restaurant at a girl and said "she is getting it." Then she and a man in the kitchen yell from the grill what meat we wanted in our Eggs Benedict. The menu stated ham....and the traditional Eggs Benedict IS ham but they were out of that. We selected chicken instead and a few minutes later - grilled breasts were just thrown on store-bought English muffins with a HARDBOILED egg on top (NOT poached). We cut into it expecting the traditional poached but chalky yolk just crumbled everywhere. The woman never checked on us a single time minus once when we had to wave her down again to ask for sauce. The cook eventually came out and asked how everything was and my husband just said "it was okay...." but I suppose the staff took that as a compliment since they replied "Great" and then announced a handful of changes and events they planned to make. We had to wave someone down yet again for our check and when she came back, she just handed us the card and no pen to sign the slip? When we asked for a pen, she had the audacity to stand over our shoulder and watch us write in the tip line.... needless to say, it wasn't our usual 25% tip and she quickly showed her dissatisfaction with what we left. Overall, we were uncomfortable from the moment we walked in and then having to wave people down left and right to even get service all the way through getting mean stares after we were watched leaving a tip. We won't be returning under this new management but I wanted it to be known that Pub Ten is NOT the same place it was pre-pandemic.

Something is wrong here. Joined friends on their recommendation. Many menu items were out of stock. Most wine unavailable; what was available wasn't fresh. Food was very average and not hot. Service spotty. Server attempted to charge us for full bottle, and we only had two glasses. To add 20% service charge was bold; won't be back.

Initially went to this place because the Flying Biscuit Cafe located next door had a 45 minute wait. SO glad we found this place & will definitely be back soon! The staff was really friendly, the service was fantastic and the food was excellent! We had brunch & both the brunch tacos and the catfish & grits were delicious! I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to grab drinks or have enjoy a brunch/lunch/dinner meal. You won’t be disappointed!

I love going to Pub Ten for brunch on the weekends! I don’t mind waiting for a seat at this place! They get busy bc their food is so delicious! I love the owners and their staff is so hardworking. Their cooks always make the best food and the bottomless mimosas are so good! I suggest the shrimp and grits for brunch! It’s seriously one of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever hAd! I also love the vibe of the music and the whole ambiance! I will forever be a loyal customer to this place!

We love this place - the environment is cozy. We came here for their brunch - the food was great and we enjoyed every minute of it.We came back for dinner and we tried their burger - it was tender and it was juicy. So far the best burger I ever had. I do recommend this place - if you just want to have an easy night out or a simple brunch - this is the place to be!

This is not the same Pub Ten anymore. My wife I and used to come here fairly often when we lived in Norcross a few years ago. We decided to revisit it recently. We came at a Saturday around 1:30 PM with a craving for their Fried Chicken Sandwich and crazy fries. We sat down and learned that they were only serving brunch...at 1:30 PM...on a Saturday. We asked if lunch menus were available. Our waiter said sure and went back to the cook/owner, who yelled back "What do they want? I'll see if I can make it." Okay... We said we wanted their chicken sandwich. He said he could make it. Cool. Our order comes out. It's two chicken tenders slapped in between large buns, slathered with mayo (no slaw, etc.) - and fries that were pretty clearly frozen (not the crazy fries served in the past). This is NOT the fried chicken sandwich and crazy fries we'd been eating there for years. This is when we learn that evidently the place is under new ownership as of January 2020. We know this because we hear the cook/owner talking to a couple a few tables down from us and overhear it. This is right before we hear him make a comment about how it can be challenging when people make special requests off menu, like the fried chicken sandwiches we ordered. What. We ordered the chicken sandwich because it was one of Pub Ten's specialties that we had ordered for years - you can find it all over the pictures on Yelp here. Now it's evidently off menu? Although I would never know, since there's apparently no lunch menu at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. Overall an irritating experience. The fried chicken sandwiches were OK at best. Oh, and my cocktail was really bad. I ordered a Paper Plane (because it was on the cocktail menu). I've included a picture. Let me know if that looks like a Paper Plane to you. Spoiler Alert: It didn't taste like one either. I think they just straight up forgot or swapped one or two of the ingredients, or just served the wrong cocktail entirely, although the server confirmed it was a Paper Plane. It seems like a family-run and worked operation (the chef/owner's wife was our waiter, I think, and she was polite and personable), so I hate to dump on them, but I can't recommend this new version of Pub Ten. It's not the same place anymore, and it doesn't seem overly well run based on our experience. I know it's a pandemic and so I want to cut them some slack since they could be experiencing all sorts of issues and challenges with the restaurant, but it failed at every level during our visit, and the comment about us ordering off menu was the real clincher for me. We won't be back.

Great little bar and grill! We found this online and are so glad we did. A better option than the super crowded and more expensive places at "The Forhum." Staff was friendly -- Joy was our server and she took care of us. Also, the cook/owner checked on us. My wife said, "I like how the owner came out and talked with us." Full bar. Tasty beers. Really good burgers! We will be back. With friends.
