Food was good. Customer Service was exceptional. I have not been treated with such professionalism in such a long time. Our waiter was so attentive and everyone was so nice. It rises to the top of my list just because of how they made me and my family feel while we were enjoying dinner together. Thank you!

Love this place but really wish they had a different chicken pot pie recipe. It always looks so good and the taste is disappointing. Here’s hoping the right eyes read this review and think about changing it up a bit 😉

Lazy Dog has outstanding food and the service was even better! Perfect atmosphere for a business lunch, spot to bring my kids, or date night. Highly recommend all around!

Wanted a quick lunch where we could bring the dog before my son’s flight. In the patio area all the table hadn’t been cleared or were still full of water from the earlier rain. We found one high top dry enough. Ordered two tortilla soups and my son got a burger. The soups both arrived and both had been slipped over the side. Mine was only half full ($8.50). There were three small pieces of chicken in it. I took my first bite and it wasn’t even warm. Same for my husband’s. He paid an extra $2.50 for two think slices of avocado. When we told the waitress she said she thought they were going to make fresh soup since they were running out and she guessed they just gave us what was left. Crazy! Obviously we didn’t eat it or pay for it. The manager came to ask what she could do and gave us a gift card. Nice gesture but not sure I’ll want to try it again. FYI the burger was ok.

Ordered the Soup & Salad lunch special. The price on menu is $8.75. However when bill is $9.65 when presented to customer. I asked for salad dressing on greens salad. Allah table heard me say it. My waitress said she didn't dear me. I had way to much dressing. Not smart to o recharge & not listen to customer's request. Very disappointing.

We came to the Lazy Dog to celebrate my daughter's playing in a performance of McBeth. We came in and Macy was our server. Macy made us feel at home. She is a wonderful server with grace and was attentive to what we needed. When our meal seemed to be taking longer than expected, Macy came to our table and assured us and even got our meal to our table. Macy is a great asset to the team at the Lazy Dog Restaurant. Thanks Macy for a great experience. The food was off the chain and we enjoyed our meal.

Today we celebrated my elementary school best friends, 66th birthday. We were lucky enough to have our favorite waitress Kelly. This girl is absolutely the best. Unexpectedly the birthday girl’s sister showed up. We all had a marvelous lunch and a marvelous time! The food here never disappoints, nor does the service. Remember to ask for Kelly!

I’ve been twice and both times the service and food were top notch. Service staff are friendly from the greeting desk to the waitstaff. Yesterday 10 of us gathered to celebrate birthdays and Sandy waited on us. She was cheerful, patient, efficient and even placing down condiments the restaurant makes, explained what they were, taste and even their recycling process of the containers. All 10 of us were very pleased with our selections and the menu has a large range of dishes, so each palate should be pleased.

We have always loved Lazy Dog brunches, and were super excited when they opened one up in Alpharetta! Their brunch & coffee are great, as they always have been... only thing is that we are super sad that our THREE FAVORITE brunch items are NOT on the menu anymore!!! Please bring back your stellar bacon & sausage fried rice, berry pancake skillet, and sweet potato pork shoulder hash skillet!!!

We visited this restaurant particularly as it allows us to bring our pets. Looking at the reviews we had high hopes and was eager to try their food. However, we were greatly disappointed. We ordered their specials Calamari appetizer and Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts dish was very sour and the Calamari appetizer had a weird taste. We also order two lunch bowls - Blacked chicken and the Mediterranean chicken bowls. In the Mediterranean chicken bowl, the rice was crunchy and not cooked at all. In both the lunch bowls, chicken was dry and flavorless. When all the dishes were brought to us, the servers used gloves to handle them which made us think that the food was hot. However, the food was cold, not even warm. Overall, the food was a terrible disappointment. We normally never waste food. However, this is my first time leaving the food and walking away as I had no hopes of salvaging it after taking it home. The only good thing I can say is that the server was really courteous and friendly. Other than that nothing good to say. Our family paid close to $70 and left the restaurant hungry. We will never be returning again.
