It's sturdy and looks beautiful but the meat will burn on the front of the grill and be cold on the back of the grill. It has very uneven propane disbursement.
I bought a pellet grill from this company about 9 months. It has stopped working and have tried for two weeks now trying to get them to honor the warranty. So far they are not budging. They keep telling me go back to the store. And today they told me to just go by the parts and fix it myself. Strongly do not recommend.
I dont know how good they are, i oredered 3 griddles 1 combo on August 15 . Combo was damaged in shipping missing knobs and one valve is bad. I made contact, sent photos and they have no parts. They had me contct there service dept and i did. They had me send more photos, i did. ? No inter company comunication is going on, no history. I made an offer to keep the damaged one for parts if i could buy another at a discount. They told me to contact the store where i purchased it , once again no history, i purchased it directly from their own .com. All in all it is now september 11 no progress has been made. I feel like they are using me and i dont really wish to put there equipment on my rental trailers. I am always looking for new innovative ideas. Not sure whats going to happen not any positive results yet. Wish i would have considered other venues, American qualitiy is not here, best of luck
You cannot undervalue a company when their customer service is great; I complained about an issue with one side table and they answered immediately to solve the problem. Thank you for your support and keep pushing on your manufacturing process to get the great ratio of Quality/Cost. I like your products.
Purchased grill griddle combo it’s 2yrs old kept clean and covered it’s completely rusted out, my regular gas grill lasted longer than this grill
Ordered replacement parts (grill is only 2 years old & falling apart) but anyway parts arrive & order incomplete. So I call. The person who took my order & Credit Card tells me can’t do anything, email service. Of course no response. I already know this money is gone, even if I waste days of my life with these people.So lets get to point: There may be some address in Georgia as listed, probably a warehouse, but this is 100% Asia doing what Asia does. Run! Don’t walk from this brand.

Very well thought out design. Easy to assemble. Six machine screws, no washers nuts, etc. needed. Works great.
The worst. Fell apart not air tigh a complete and total lack of quality. I would not recommend

This company deserves ZERO stars. I purchased a combo charcoal smoker/grill and the side door for the smoker doesn't seat properly and is offset by about an inch from where the clasp should hold it closed. After NUMEROUS phone calls for technical assistance the calls have either not been answered or I reach an automated message that transfers me to Technical Assistance where I just get an immediate disconnect.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE.
Royal gourmet customer service is outstanding, I had a part that broke on my newly purchased flat top grill, I called the customer service number and spoke to Mr Arthur Tao who show great patience with me and getting the issue resolved. I received my part a couple days later and my grill is now back in service thanks to Mr Arthur Tao (customer service liaison)
Royal Gourmet made the Mr. Steak grills for Bass Pro/Gabela's. Warranty service was terrible. My side burner became inoperable and is under warranty. Basically, I was told that I MIGHT get the part in 4 months. It's been 4 months, no side burner and was told I most likely wouldn't receive burner. Cabela's customer service rep said they no longer carry this grill. Stick with Weber or another branded product, not Royal Gourmet.
Yikes !! -- Not good at all... My flat-top grill has had minimal use for just over a year and the non-stick coating has deteriorated and is now rusting badly -- I have a water-proof cover for the griddle cooking piece and a full canvas cover over the entire grill and it's still just disintegrated - I called Royal Gourmet and they said they can't do anything since it's out of warranty and to just purchase a new grill. So they expect the consumer to buy a new grill every year... absolutely ridiculous -- I suggest going with a different brand and don't fall for the gimmicks and false advertising of a quality product - skip these guys.
