You cannot undervalue a company when their customer service is great; I complained about an issue with one side table and they answered immediately to solve the problem. Thank you for your support and keep pushing on your manufacturing process to get the great ratio of Quality/Cost. I like your products.
Royal gourmet customer service is outstanding, I had a part that broke on my newly purchased flat top grill, I called the customer service number and spoke to Mr Arthur Tao who show great patience with me and getting the issue resolved. I received my part a couple days later and my grill is now back in service thanks to Mr Arthur Tao (customer service liaison)
This company has the best customer support I've ever dealt with, not an exaggeration. I called after-hours & several other times. I always got a non-robot. I never had to wait. Wendell Hawxby and Nicholas were both polite and eager to help. Thank you
