Don't waste your time with this place.
I don't understand how it still has 4 stars. I don't go here often, but every time I do, the service has gotten worse. The smoothies are always bland, and you can tell the employees hate it there. This morning I went to the drive through and was told to wait. I waited at least 5 minutes until they could take my order. Then I waited at least 5 minutes again at the window, and no one came up to it at any point. That's at least 10 minutes (maybe more) of just waiting around with almost zero communication. I was cutting it close to being late to work, so I just left and I'm pretty sure the person in front of me did the same thing as well.
Corporate needs to figure out how to get this place in order or just close the place down. I will not be going back

Please DO NOT go here for any smoothies or smoothie bowls. You will be very disappointed. Their products tastes like they are cutting corners. I’ve been a faithful smoothie king customer since 2013. The smoothies at this location tastes nothing like they are supposed to.
I bought a smoothie bowl today and it’s was a juice soup. I waited 30 minutes for that crap that tasted like soup spoiled juice. I went back to order a smoothie to get the difference between the smoothie bowl and the smoothie. The guy at the window said he couldn’t do it. Then, later said park and come in to get your refund. After I tasted the smoothie and it was DISGUSTING also. Do they not follow the franchise or corporate recipes?

I will never go back to this location ever again. I decided to leave and they can have that money. But to anyone else I’d recommend you drive to the one on Indian trail road or the one on pleasant hill road in Gwinnett. In those locations I’ve never had any issues. But this location IS NOT a representative of the smoothie king brand!

Terrible today 2/4/2025 it took literally 30 mins after I already did the pick up through the app. Then had smart comments to say. Please hire more capable employees or shut it down.

So I guess y'all knew pineapple service is supposed to have seeds and strawberries in it right? So I got a large pay $15 and I tipped them the Caucasian heavy set gentleman. And crazy enough I was giving it to someone who just got out of surgery and they weren't expecting seeds to be going down their throat. So why did my pineapple surf have seeds in it.? Luckily I was able to catch y'all right before y'all closed and this sweet young lady took care of me but corporate. I got a question for you. Why didn't my smoothie have seeds in it and it was made by a manager? Why is that? And I already submitted feedback so I don't want your generic response right now

I had a horrible experience at smoothie king today I ordered me a smoothie bowl my smoothie was watery and sloppy this is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to I asked can I either get a refund or another smoothie made and she denied both I asked for her name she told me she don’t have a name I asked for the manager and she told me the manager on vacation this is the worst smoothie king ever! I like to give the staff my upmost respect when ordering because I know we all tend to go through difficult days at work. This particular night, I’m not too sure what was going on. But all I wanted was a simple order of a smoothie bowl. The associate Antony said that they didn’t have any to sell, & that they were waiting on the shipment to get delivered. So I asked the manager on duty if she could assist me, she then proceeded to tell me that the store close within a hour. As if it was an issue to make a smoothie bowl within a few minutes.
I just didn’t understand what was the reason behind saying the store was closing within a hour if all I asked was how come the smoothie bowls can’t be made? The reason Antony said the smoothie bowl couldn’t be made is because there was no strawberries when they were clearly strawberries I seen right in front of me. But because there was no strawberries… my smoothie bowl couldn’t be made lol.

“I ordered the PB Delight Bowl, and unfortunately, it was extremely watery—not once, but for the second time. This time, I decided to speak up because it was simply inedible. The consistency was far from what I expected, and it made the experience very unpleasant. I hope this issue gets addressed, as I would love to enjoy this item the way it’s meant to be.”

Went here at 7pm on 12/16 for a acai bowl , sat at the intercom for 5 mins then finally my order was taken , then pulled up to the window nobody came to the window sat there for 10 mins before pulling off. This was my 1st time experiencing bad service here. Makes me not want to return!

This is the first time I’ve ever had the worst and slowest experience. Jaffar took my order at the speaker and then after waiting 5 minutes at the window he asked me for my order again… I pulled up to the holding spot just for my smoothie to be thick and icy when I specifically asked for extra pumps of water so that my smoothie isn’t thick. Plus, I ordered a small but was charged and given a medium which is okay I guess. I went inside for them to remake it. The entire process took over 10-15 minutes with no line.

Went through the drive-thru this morning and there was a little confusion. Just a small misunderstanding on my part (hard to hear them clearly on the speaker), but the worker was incredibly rude and snarky. Said she's been the manager for 3 years, but seems to have 0 customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, this one sucks!
