snoothie tastes so bad. literally 2 customers with 2/3 emplyees and it takes them a whole while to make 1 smoothie. also saw one customer go in and complain for their service. 1 smoothie is $8?! i ordered a berry smoothies and it tastes like chocolate. fix ur service before u have no customers again all.

Its Me

Great Location in fact one of my favorite locations to go to and very professional. There was a mishap on 2 smothies that I Purchased days before and i had to deal with who I later found out was the manager Andrea and i was absolutely impressed on how she handled my situation and was very professional and made me have this particular location at the top of my Smoothie King List. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Wanted to say THANK YOU to Valencia at the Peachtree Holcomb Bridge Rd location. Valencia had a bubbly happy voice when she greeted me st the drive thru speaker, I could tell she had a smile had a smile ? on her face even though I couldn't see her. She was the first person this week that made me smile back for great customer service. It's contagious so spread the smile for awhile. Thank you for starting my day out great and with a smile.

Read the other negative reviews. They are all accurate in terms of how bad the service is and how rude the staff is. Drove 10 minutes from 285 to get my 10 year old a smoothie for dinner after a six hour drive home from Florida. Arrived at drive thru at 8:53 and was met with recording that they were closed. Posted hours are 7am-9pm. Drove up to the window and one of the staff waved me off. I knocked on the window and another of the staff said they were closed. I said the posted hours were til 9pm. Person said it was 8:54 and they wouldn't serve us. Based on the other reviews and my experience this place clearly has management and staff issues. Too bad because this has been a good franchise historically.

Very disappointing experience -There were 3 workers behind the counter who barely greeted me even though I was the only physical customer there when I arrived.I asked for some fruit substitutions, as the family member I was purchasing for could not have certain ingredients in her smoothie. Even after I asked the staff member if I could pay extra, as I had in other Smoothie King stores, she adamantly told me no.It is mostly disappointing not because she said no but how she said it and her unwillingness to serve a paying customer. It seemed the staff was going out of their way to be difficult instead of being willing to help me which would be more business for their store.As a former customer service worker myself, I understand in certain circumstances we are not always able to accommodate the customer however there is a professional way to handle people and what I was asking for was not unreasonable. I also know that Smoothie King usually makes the accommodation.I was so disappointed with how I and my potential order was handled and I will not be returning.

I ordered a 20oz smoothie via drive thru only to be charged for a 32oz. I asked if I could get the smaller size & to be refunded the change but apparently Kiara didn’t want to do that at all. She then transferred the issue to a “manager”. Sadly, she wasn’t pleasant either. She gave me the ultimatum of either having the 32oz or refund. I didn’t argue & asked for the smoothie back. When she handed me the smoothie, she spilled it all over me due to her holding the cup by the lid. I asked for some napkins & she gave me very few for such a large mess. I politely asked for more & she tossed a handful the next round at me saying “Are you almost done? You are holding up my line.” I then asked her for another cup because the one I had was covered in smoothie. She handed me a dirty cup.

I made an mobile order at 10:40am on 15 of July 23. My order was set for 11am pick up, I went to drive up at 11am and was told to pull up in parking lot and they will bring it out. It was a car parked by the door waiting on their order so once she brought out their order I assume my would be next. Nope, 3 more people pull in to drive through and it is now 11:13am and I called got voicemail and then while the young lady was bringing someone else their order I asked for mine (she had an attitude). I really don’t understand the lack of customer service In establishments now a days and the audacity of having a attitude for asking for the item you paid with her funds.

I went to visit this smoothie king for the first time recently. I noticed their drive through line was wrapped around the building, so I decided it would probably be faster to park and go inside to order. I went inside and was the only customer at the register. There were about 6 people working, which seemed like an adequate amount of staff. The staff members unfortunately prioritized the cars that were in the drive through line before even taking my order. I was standing at the register for about 10 minutes before helped. When I finally got my smoothie and left, there were no cars at the drive through. This was extremely frustrating how I could have been 6th in line at the drive through and probably have gotten my smoothie faster that being the only person in line inside. Typically when I go to other smoothie kings, there are only about 4 people working, so I don't understand why one of the 6 employees at this location couldn't even bother to take my order when I was waiting the register patiently. My smoothie was very good thankfully!

We came here for the first time early Saturday afternoon. The cashier was friendly and professional. She didn’t rush us as we were looking at the menu for the first time. She gave me a great recommendation for the Veggie Lemon Ginger Spinach, which I ordered. The flavor was delicious and not one ingredient was overpowering. It was so good and refreshing. Hubby got the Vegan Mixed Berry. It was really tasty too. We both added wellness enhancers. The interior was clean and cool. Lots of chairs and tables to enjoy your smoothie. I can see myself becoming a regular.

They overfilled one of my smoothies, and this happened. Customer service was dismissive. If people don't want to work, stay home. Now I'm going to have to go spend extra money on detailing car. Smoothies was to water-down.

I've gone to this establishment several times and ordered the exact same smoothie. I've never had any negative reactions to it. Today I went through and was disappointed to find the "customer service" was snarky and petty. To add to that, the additional ingredient I ordered was not listed as such on my receipt. My family and I drank most of our smoothies and within 30 minutes, had terrible GI issues. Again, this has NEVER happened before. I am highly suspicious that something else was put in our smoothies to cause this. Will never go to this establishment again PERIOD.

I tried the smoothie bowl and was disappointed. The fruit didn't taste fresh, portion was small for price. Didn't know it was $12!!! Wouldn't get again. Hubby's watermelon smoothie was good. He added sweet strawberries. Cashier acted like she didn't want to be there.
