I messed up and ordered cheesy gordita crunch with beef and I needed it to be vegetarian. This was already a free rewards item and I wasn't betting on anyone working with me and fixing it but without question the lady manager swapped it out completely and the gentleman that was building the food orders even asked me through the kitchen if I wanted black beans or refried. They were busy as they could be and they still went out of their way to look out for me and my already free item. This store has low ratings but I'm betting you come in with the right attitude and they will look out for you like they did me. It was also super clean. Portion size was standard with Taco Bell's standards.
Super clean location. The staff was in point, quick, and had to make an adjustment to the doordash order. I wasn't able to try the food. However, I'm sure it was delicious

It’s been like 3 weeks and the drive though never works even tho they tell me to come in. I’ll be honest this location isn’t the best even though it’s closest. It’s better to go to a further taco bell for better quality.

Came at 5.00 pm, they are out of chicken and beans and beef. What kind of crappy management is this, need to manage inventory better. Realized they are 30% more expensive than the other location. Chicken pizza here was $8.54 other location is $6.79. I understand it's a different location but 30% difference is a bit much

Wasted an hour trying to get my food AFTER a mobile order was placed. The staff was so rude and pretty much said they don’t have the items in stock but they can’t give a refund. This location needs major help and way better staff. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Most incompetent staff even for a fast food joint

Ghetto location. Went to pick up and was told to wait even though the app said it was ready. Turns out my food was sitting at the drive thru.. Had 3 worker folks walk past me with zero interaction. It was until they finally noticed after 30+ min then asked AGAIN for my name..and what do you know it was ready but cold af. Love the brand when the customer service is at least "ok" but not in this case.

The meximelts were perfection! I was carried away back to late nights partying at college where you can get enough food from Taco Bell to feed 10 people for like two bucks. The only problem I had was the lady at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know.

if i could give no stars i absolutely would , my chalupa tasted as though its been sitting all day & then i got to my burrito & discovered someone’s eyelash in my food. the girl at the window wasn’t friendly nor customer oriented at all , i’m completely disgusted & never returning to this place.
