we placed an online Mobile order and at drive thru they asked us immediately to go inside. once inside,they knew they were out of certain ingredients in our order and instead of telling use they made us wait and entire 25 mins. we decided on substituting those certain ingredients, but somehow still gave us certain ingredients we didn't want included in our food or just gave us something we didn't even order. of course, others may not experience this but just wanted to give a fair warning.

Everytime when I go to this tacobell, I’ve seen one guy. I don’t know what’s his name but who ever manage or higher person whose in charge this location. Please fire the guy who has tattoo in his neck, tall, and work at nighy shift. This is my third times, that I saw him. Everytime when I saw him, he seems like he doesn’t want work and very rude. The lady who works there at night, she’s really nice and trying to handle everything. She’s only one who works there at night.

They are very unprofessional.Rushed my food through the window and made me bite and swallow meat when I’m clearly vegetarian and I specifically asked for a veggie Mexican pizza if I wasn’t passing through and wasn’t half way to my destination I would’ve went back and spazzed.My receipt even says veggieVegetarian options: Didn’t give me veggie,gave me meat instead

This taco Bell location is above average. Over the last few years they have improved service wise. Like most fast food establishments , they are hardly perfect. However, 90% of my orders over the last four years have been wonderful and accurate. There have been a few occasions when orders were incorrect or incomplete both when using drive thru or online services.

Please look at my pictures. This taco was barely 1/3 of the way filled with ingredients. Also, they gave me a whole bunch of small broken chips for the nachos. If you’re going to have nachos, please serve full-size chips in order to pick up and scoop the ingredients. Little broken chips cannot be used to eat the food with unless you use a fork. So what is the purpose of nachos if you have to eat them with a fork? Food was also on the cooler side. Second time I had an issue with this location I would avoid it at this point.

Used to be a great location, but has declined recently (Q4, 2023). Shells are frequently stale now. And for some reason the staff crush them when wrapping them. Previous manager and staff were much better.
