Very nice place to relax and excellent food a 10

Came for lunch on a rainy Thursday. Not busy. Only two people working and we had five orders, so it took a little time. Menu was confusing, and the video boards are not consistent with the printed menus, so it was hard to figure out what was really available. Some items were not available: Korean BBQ area is under renovation (!?), one spicy ramen option. We did order 1 bubble tea (4/5), 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen (5/5), 3 poke bowls (4.5/5), 1 calamari appetizer (4/5). Service was a little slow and all at the counter - not sure why I tipped so much as we even bussed our own trays. Overall, food was the star and the rest of the experience was just okay. Also, restroom was blocked off due to renovation.

Really pretty place and vibe! The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and nice. What ruined it was the attitude of the lady calling it orders…so RUDE! I threw away my receipt so when she called the number I didn’t know mine. I confirmed what the item was and she just looked me up and down in a very judgmental manner and rolled her eyes. What the world! The lid selection for my straw says it all ?

Overall a nice experience, the food is yummy and very fresh ! Just wish it was opened a little later on the weekend. We had a party of six and were kinda turned away because they were closing in an hour. In my option they’re losing a bit of revenue when there’s instances like this. Hoping they take this review under consideration. c:

Came here for the first time. Very clean and good quality food for buffet. The portion of meat is not a lot like other Korean bbq, so you get to try different kinds of food. I like the idea of grill your own bc you won’t feel rushed to finish your food. The server guy who helped us was so kind and attentive, and we had an amazing dining experience here. Will make a TikTok video to spread this place!

Love coming here for a boba tea and some ramen. My personal favorite is the tonkatsu pork ramen, with a taichi original. Atmosphere is friendly and open, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Will always be my favorite ramen place, as the ramen is neither too salty nor bland.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food and customer service is everything!! Yuchen is the owner and served us like he was just a regular waiter. He was so humble, caring, and sweet. I came in yesterday and back the next day!! This will be my new restaurant!!

This review is specifically for the mango tea I got which I put 0% sugar on ubereat but got a drink with 100% sugar instead. I end up cannot really drink the tea and was very disappointed. If they were not able to change the sugar level, please don't include the options. Or the options are misleading. I was hoping to get unsweetened tea or just very light sweet, but end up I got a regular sweet tea which I cannot drink...
