Used to come here regularly, but the service really deteriorated. Came back and gave it a shot tonight. Food and menu seem the same, which is good. Service has drastically improved. I would suggest they dim the lights in evenings. The place was so bright it looked closed.

ALL of the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They interact with you through your wait and are very attentive. I have been here several times and I am never disappointed with the service. Being in the Ingles shopping center they are very easily over looked, being in the corner of the shopping center especially. Please don’t overlook this place as you would be missing out truly if you did.

Context: early Friday evening (6:00), group of 7 adults and 10 kids. We called ahead to make sure the restaurant could accommodate our football team group. We were told they could....But from a service perspective, they were very wrong.Things started off fine with chips and salsa brought out and drink orders taken. It went downhill from here. Numerous orders never arrived at all, both for adults and the kids. We had to ask the manager to intervene to get all of our food.It was chaos. The kitchen cannot keep up when the restaurant is busy. Avoid going there at peak time or with sizeable groups.

We ordered takeout and likely won’t again. I got the bang bang shrimp tacos and they were awful.. the shrimp were actually done well, but they were drowning in a sauce I can only describe as thousand island dressing and mayonnaise. I know there’s creative interpretations to all dishes, but this wasn’t it. My husband had the steak burrito, that he said it was just average. For both items, queso(decent) and guacamole( just ok), we were at $50. Overall a disappointing meal with better options in the area.
I recently tried TDM one more time as I wanted some serious Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. The service was so much better and the food was stellar. They recognized they got my order wrong and re made it without me asking. I will definitely go back.

Honestly, nothing to brag about here. Extremely extremely slow service when there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. Food is fine, but there are definitely better places around. I'd advice to skip this place if you want to have an enjoyable time at lunch or dinner. We definitely will not be back.
