Came in today 3/25 around 9:03 pm. The shift manager or whoever was closing tonight was incredibly rude. The store does not close until 10 pm according to Google and she was severely inconvenienced that I walked in. As a restaurant owner myself, I don’t understand why she was cleaning up as if the store was about to close and me coming in was horrible timing. I wanted to buy a multiple cookies but because of her rude behavior, eye rolling, etc, I decided to just grab one cookie and leave. No hello, no goodbye, nothing. Horrible customer service.

Tiff's Treats delivered to our clinic in Athens to let us know they were in the area and delivering. We appreciated the sweet treat so much and the cookies were warm and delicious!! Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Just called , Some guy answered the phone, and as I was explaining to him some thing about an order, he hung up the phone in my face and then when I called back twice, I got no answer. Just rude as hell. If this is what your establishment calls customer service then you guys are in trouble.

Always get exceptional service when I walk into a Tiff's Treats shop. The employees are always welcoming, kind, chipper, and delivering quick service. The cookies never fail. They are delicious, especially when warmed up. I'm always happy with my experience when I walk in. The atmosphere isn't bad. It's pretty simple and there really is nothing wrong with that. What else would I need?Actually, what I'm sure many of us could ask for is some small bottles of oat milk to enjoy in the car along with our just warmed up cookies because that's how you really enjoy such a delicious snack - cookies and milk.Stop by if you are ever around. Certainly worth checking out.

Cookies were fine, nothing really special, smallish and flat. Overpriced for what they are. The truffles were 'interesting' and grainy...honestly didn't love them as I expected them to be more decadent and smooth

The cookies were pretty good but I do not like the delivery guy putting my food on the ground. To be more specific on the soggy, dirty mat in front of my door. It just rained a couple hours earlier. I heard the door bell ring one time. I called Tiff Treats and they said that is their policy and that’s how they are delivered. I ordered 9 dozen!

We just moved into the Peachtree Corners area. There was a knock on my door this afternoon and when I opened the door there was 6 "warm" freshly baked cookies with a note....Welcome to the Neighborhood! You have won pur business! Julian is a ray of sunshine the minute you walk through that door. His smile is radiant! I love that he remembers the cookie I like and when they ran out he started making sure they were stocked. Good vibe all around, I hope you encounter him. Everyone at Tiffs Treats PTC is super, he just stood out a little more :) Keep up the good work!
