Amazing Cuban food. Empanadas are fresh and delicious. Cubano & other sandwiches slap. The Vaca Frita is phenomenal.

I'm from South Florida so I've had really good Cuban food. With that being said, Tortugas is some of THE BEST Cuban food I've had. It's always fresh, well seasoned and delicious. I normally get the empanada trio, tostones rellenos, the pollo a la plancha or the Hemingway chicken. I also love their natural juices. Service is quick and everyone is nice and welcoming.

I came here on Saturday around 1:40 PM and the place was basically empty. I started off with a Guava juice which was very delicious. I ordered the vaca frita and it was excelente! I finished off my meal with a cuban coffee.
The service was very attentive and the establishment was very clean. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

I came here with a group of seven and the consensus among all of us was that the food was excellent! I could tell that it was authentic. Everything was freshly made and absolutely delicious! The Oxtails in the stew were tender, those who had sandwiches stated that they were very tasty, and the fish platters were really good. One vegetarian platter was also as good as all the meat and seafood dishes. I must also note that the Cuban Coffee was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and three other people also really enjoyed it from the very first sip. Our server was excellent, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

This place is solid! I had the Ropa Vieja, and it was on point! Others in our party had the Cuban sandwich and the Pollo a la Plancha. Plus the trio of empanadas which included Beef, Chicken, and Guava with Cream Cheese. All of it was outstanding. We also enjoyed a pitcher of mojitos, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Great choice all the way around.
