Food was great and more than an ample amount. Service was stretched but they were trying.

Food had flavor. My only small gripe was my fries were too crunchy. Taste good, but every fry was like eating chips. Other than that, great atmosphere, service, and burger was good

I usually don't leave reviews but I did want to share this one. I heard good things from a coworker so I wanted to check it out, now I really question my coworker's judgement. The server was super sweet and that is the only reason they got 2 stars. App and entree were burnt, desert was forgotten about by the kitchen and took 54 minutes. For the prices they are charging they really need to be more on-point. I'm in the food service industry so I want to cut them some slack but yikes they dropped the ball.

Saw an Insta ad about their AYCE NY Strip and decided to try out this restaurant. I've never even heard of Uncle Jack's before seeing the IG advert. The service was good... the food sucked. I ordered the steak medium rare, the 1st portion came out medium. The 2nd portion came out medium well as well as the 3rd. It wasn't the server's fault, but I did mention it after the 1st portion.
Then the bill came... the "house" tacks on a 2.9% "ADMIN fee" to the bill. Never seen anything like this at a restaurant... perhaps in NYC or LA, but in Peachtree Corners, GA ??? wow!! Can't recommend this place unfortunately.

I expected more from a meathouse. They were out of the sirloin sandwich (really, a steakhouse at lunch). No Philly Cheesesteak (again, a steakhouse at lunch) so ended up with a burger. It was lackluster at best and the side salad had brown stems so likely poured out of a bag. Will not return though the servers and service itself was great, the food was mediocre at best.

Very disappointed in the treatment at this restaurant! We had reservations and were sat at the worst table. On the patio right next to an open door to outside. When we asked about another table, we were told it’s first come first serve, even though we made reservations and there were numerous empty tables in the restaurant. They would not give us another table, other than suggesting the bar. Not what I consider a romantic Valentine’s day. To top it off, the two hostesses were smug the whole time!
Regarding your reply. I sent you a review and message through open table. You have failed to reply to those non public messages. Where were you on Valentine’s night when I had to take my love to another place last minute because you hadn’t done your job! A high priced steak house with a 4.3 rating should tell everyone what they need to know!

The lamp chops were very small like lollipops and they tasted like mustard. The lobster Mac and cheese had no flavor. Do not recommend

Today I decided to be adventurous and order the lemon mascarpone pancakes. DONT. (Another Broken Egg has the best, fyi). They came out as crepes. The menu even says “buttermilk pancakes”. My guests steak was overcooked, so che, please retrain on what “hot pink center” means. And my burger, although delicious was cooked well done vs medium as requested.
I imagine screwing up steak and burger temps can make one not return.
However the peanut butter bacon, Peachtree Burger, Sweet Smoke still shine.
Parking: Very close.

Uncle Jack’s Meat House delivers a solid dining experience with a creative menu and great atmosphere. I started with the house salad, which was fresh and well-balanced, and the crispy Brussels sprouts as a side, which had a great crunch and flavor.
For my main course, I went with The Duke—a bold burger topped with peanut butter, bacon, and peaches. It was definitely an interesting combination that worked well, but I have to say I prefer The King, which just hits the spot a bit better for my taste.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made for a great meal. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you enjoy unique burger creations!

The manager Xavier was absolutely amazing he was very knowledgeable about the menu and was extremely and explaining what was on the menu.
My $85 steak was overcooked. I ordered Med-Rare and Received Med-Well to almost Well. I was starving so I ate it as I didn't want to wait even longer for a properly cooked steak and a disgruntled chef remaking my steak. Also my biggest complaint is that there is a 2.9% "admin fee" on the check??? I know a lot of establishments now charge a fee to process credit cards which is fine, but i paid CASH and still paid the 2.9% "admin fee". I ate alone and my check was just under $150. My server was very good so I still gave her 20% but the rest of my experience left a lot to be desired.

I was so excited about eating at this restaurant.. I had been by several times and wanted to go because it always smelled so good. So, my wife and I went to a party there, and although my food was good, the people I was with had issues with their steaks being under or overcooked. The manager was nice and didn't charge us for it so it worked out..
