Willy's Mexicana Grill

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve visited this location 3 times and customer service isn’t the best (at least to me).

I absolutely never like to pull the race card, but sometimes it seems like they aren’t too friendly to African Americans.

The food is amazing, but they never speak upon entry, they never speak when I tell them bye, but when another race is present I see the highest level of respect. Maybe it’s just me, but I can 100% feel the energy.

Great spot for a build-your-own Mexican bowl! They have tofu that’s really tasty and tons of topping options. Plus, they give you free chips and there’s a salsa bar — always a win!

I ordered a 15 person taco bar for Thursday, so I went to get it and I actually ordered it for Friday. Hermina was so kind and told me to give her 10 minutes and she would have it ready. She was right, it was ready in 10 minutes. They really went above and beyond to cover my mistake.

The food is actually really good but they are too expensive to have such small portions. My wife spent $30 and her bowl was so small my 3 year old son finished it. They charge extra for everything! Food is good but the portions are worst than chipotle. I saw her bowl after they made it and I just walked out. It’s crazy how bad the portions are I was wanting to make this my new go to spot but I’ll probably never go back until they do better with portions

I am repulsed!!!! I went to this location on my way to work and found a FLY IN MY FOOD! I had gotten the taco salad. I placed it in the fridge at work and when I finally opened it after getting my order, this fly stumbled out!!! Unsanitary practices and now I’m sick to my stomach! I’m going to call and ask what can be done because I want my money back for my order, this is disgusting!
