To the owner of this Wings 101,please let me know when you are there. The girl with the red hair that works there says you will not be available for me to speak with. She didn't get my order right after 4 attempts and tried to charge me extra for her mistake. Then she asked why do I need to speak to mgmt?...REALLY! When you give bad service don't expect people to keep coming your business. Plenty of wing spots that'll be happy to get my money and patronage!

I ordered a 6pc wings combo and only received 4wings, when I called the restaurant to tell them, the young lady said she confirmed with the kitchen and they said they put 6 and clearly I’m looking at 4. I do not need to lie about 2 wings, it’s the principle. End of the story, she told me it’s my problem

This place is slow! They want you to pay first! Called 15 mins ahead time due to me having something to do! When I arrived they made me pay and said he will cook it now., so had to wait extra 15 mins.

The girl working the register decided to have a phone conversation on speaker phone while we were dining in. It was obnoxious.

I asked her to take it off speaker. She did not do so. She continued. I asked again a few minutes later.

Some readers will understand that this is inappropriate behavior in public spaces. The other half need to change this pattern of inconsideration towards others.

What happened to being considerate...especially towards a customer?

This was recently my first time stopping here and they did not disappoint. I will be returning the wings and burger were great. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us decide what to order.

Horrible restaurant, people aren’t kind anymore, the driver went get my food and I understand a restaurant is closed but you really going to waste food? When it has been submitted since 8:09. Probably yall just wanna keep it too and take it home 🥱. Don’t even answer the phone. NOTHING. I mean yall lost anyways got my money back.

Wings were anorexic, dry and hard. Last time I came I said that I wasn’t coming back but the prices are a tad bit lesser than Buffalo wild wings. But now I can wholeheartedly say I’ll never ever go back to that place again.

It is a small, very clean, and welcoming restaurant. The food is the very best as far as quick bites go. Their wings are the best I've ever had, and Wings101 is the place we head to every time we fly in.

It's been at least 5 yrs since I've been back in GA, and the 1st thing I wanted was my favorite wings from Wings 101(P'tree Pkwy location). I and my sister went on 9/12 around 12ish. And I was not disappointed at all with my food or service. If I could rate separately, I would give that experience a 5 because it was so satisfying that we returned the following evening for takeout. However, I didn't have the same experience with the evening wings, which is why I rate 1.. if it was a way to give 0 stars, I would. The girl taking orders seemed agitated with the busyness of the people coming and going. I ordered the exact same thing as the day before, and I received burnt old wings along with the vegetable rice, and they left out most of the veggies. Now, we don't live close to this location at all. We went there based on previous years of experience eating there for lunch on a regular basis. So there's history with this location. Unfortunately, all the good turned out to be absolutely a mute point. After we got back home (other side of town), imagine our disappointment discovering that our food was unsatisfactory. I immediately called the store back and spoke to the same rude girl who took our orders. She asked for my number to inform the owner of our concerns. He/she is the reason why they get a fat 0/F rating. They contacted me via text that said, "I heard your wings were burnt. Bring them back tomorrow if you want a refund. " I explained that we paid to get there, and time didn't permit us to return before close. I also advised that I had no way to guarantee I could come back tomorrow. Especially since, as I explained, the distance to get there is costly via Uber. Instead of any type of compromise, they doubled down on the "NO food NO refund." Between the 2 of us, we spent over $75
... $50 for our food $25 getting over there. All of us went to bed disappointed and hungry ? I even sent pics from my day before experience compared to the current next day experience. I did save the wings/rice to take back, but I don't know if I can get there today yet. Whether I do or not will not change the end result of my review. I took two bites of the wings and was not happy with the obviously old and burnt wings. I'm not sure if I will return or not, but if I do, it will be during the 1st open lunch time. My advice to any 1st timers. "DON'T GO AFTER 5PM" and beware of weekend Friday and Saturday nights.. I included pics of my Thursday experience(2 great pictures of my food at the bottom) and the other 3 pics ( on top were the worst wings and rice I've ever had); from my Friday experience....I may lose my $ on this one but at the looks of the previous reviews and ratings the business is already hanging on a thin 3 star rating. They may need to bring the previous owner, Jay, back to school them on how to be continuously efficient and professional. And give quality service always. Again, this is in no way a reflection of the young lady and whomever cooked the wings on Thursday. They need more people like them for sure. A word to the owners.." Happy customers give great reviews: But a loyal customer that knows better can make or break the business ? " Get your ratings up!!!!"

It was my first time here I was impressed to be honest we did go around lunch time there was no line but the place was small inside and there weren’t enough chairs and tables so we got it to go ! I will be back though the fried rice was so good
