The food is delicious! But some of the staff is absolutely horrible! The girls at the window and the cook Pablo is absolutely phenomenal! But the older woman, I don’t know her name, but she’s absolutely terrible!

Half menu is blacked out. Other half i tried ordering 4 different things off of it and was told they have none of it. Finally settled for some fried squash and it had HUGE chunks of uncooked flower in it

Worst customer service ever!! One of the cooks claimed that there was no order for me when I paid. She said that I had to go around again to make an order. I showed her the amount that I paid. So I went inside the restaurant and showed them. Turns out that they had my order the whole time just that they didn't bother to ask the name it was under. Everytime we go, the staff there always have an attitude with us. I also heard that they do not like when we go to that restuarant because "we order too much food"???? I mean you get paid for us to order right? LOL.. They claim-with an attitude- that they give you everything in the bag when in reality they do not. I always have the ranch missing! They get mad when we ask for the stuff that is missing when we intially ordered it!! Literally! MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG BEFORE YALL LEAVE!! The food is alright--I give it to them on that part only.

Good enough burger. Really good fries. Sign when you walk in the front says wait to be seated, that's not the case though. Food score is a B. Seat was wobbly. Would recommend if your in Pearson for a good cheap lunch.
Tried the steak sandwich at lunch. Absolutely horrible this place should be shut down before they get somebody very sick. There was more salt in the french fries then there was potato. Excuse for a restaurant diner beware!!!!!

If all the food was good then it wpukd definitely be a place to go but the only thing so far is the mushroom Swiss burger very good but most of the time the fries are cold and thats never a good thing if I'm gonna get fries I definitely want them hot it takes 3 mins to cook Fries let's do better employees at the shack

Went there at 7 am friday july 5th passing thru on way out of town. Got bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Totally cold. Nothing on them had any warmth. Will definitely not stop here again for breakfast.
