I was initially satisfied with my meal until I sat down for a dine in. On 4/22/25 @ approximately 1350 I watched the front end staff go outside for a smoke break. When a car approached, one went inside to bag the meal and touched not one drop of water or sanitizer. I was immediately disgusted.

I told them I wanted fresh strawberry lemon biscuits the biscuits when I got them was hard as a damn brick after she lied and said yes or fresh you could play frisbee with them and knock somebody out with them. That is the second time I have went down to Hardee’s to get breakfast and may not be no good. I will not eat back at Hardee’s again

l loved everything thing about the experience I had at Hardee's. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo and the food was hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent definitely a 10/10. The milkshake I had was very thick and nicely made. Will most definitely be back.

Not sure what's going on here but order on mobile app and sat at drive thru kept being told hold on for at the least 10 minutes....then finally pulled around to just set there . No one at window when pulled around, very unprofessional...girl with headset for window came out the back finally, 2 cars pulled up waiting in front of me....girl with headset moving like a turtle with a look of anger or disgust on her face. Maybe just a bad day but customer service shouldn't show that, js

When we arrived at the Hardee's it was not busy. We walked in and there was no line and maybe 4 cars in the drive way. What appeared to be a manager or supervisor was sitting with what appeared to be the manager or owner, while we waited for 15min to get our order taken. Theu did not have enough staff to take one order inside the building. I saw 8 cars be processed while we waited. Its obvious that their conversations and time is held in higher regard than that of their customers. I would give 0 out of 5 starts for this. Rude, and disrespectful.
