I enjoy coming here on a daily basis, it's like being around family, food is great. Got to love the biscuits. It's clean, friendly staff, hot coffee like the special 2 for $5 . Will definitely be back.

I had a chicken sandwich Friday night and I had got food poison early that Saturday morning. I was throwing up and had diarrhea. And my sister got food poisoning as well on Tuesday she had a Frisco. This is not a great place to eat.I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!

Sunday morning before church I went through the drive thru. At the window I specifically requested 2 steak biscuits cooked fresh along with my other food. When I got to the window, an employee, Sheress took my money and asked me to pull up while my steak cooked. Before I could pull off, another employee handed her a bag of food; I could not see who it was, and told her that the biscuits had not long come up. I pulled on through as not to hold up traffic and checked my food. The steak biscuits had been cooked for a while. As a cook I know this, and as a former manager at Hardee's I know how they look. The breading was separating from the meat and it was very greasy. So I proceeded back through the line. When I got to the window, the manager was there at the register. She began to tell me the steak was fresh and I showed it to her. She said, "I will just refund your money because I can't be just cooking like that." I said ok. Another employee yelled from the back, "She must want it coming up out the grease. Ain't nothing wrong with that steak." I said, "You're right, I want it coming out the grease." Well the manager got angry when I told her that just a week prior when the big bosses were down, they cooked it at my request. I also told her I had even asked him if it was a problem, and he said very nicely, "no of course not. We are here to serve you." The manager then told me she didn't care what he said, and "don't ever come back to my store". She gave me my money, slammed the window in my face, and walked off. I don't know if it will matter much, but I am contacting corporate offices too.

This Hardee's ruined Hardee's for me, don't get the 2.99 cheeseburgers because its the worst piece of griselly meat I've ever come across!! Never have I ever bit into a hamburger and it fight me back!!!! GROSS ?????
