The sandwich that I ordered was absolutely delicious and made correct to order. The lady Calera up there is super nice and does amazing up there!!! Definitely going back to this subway!! We had no problem getting a table after ordering either!

I don’t know if this subway in Pelham GA is under new management or under new ownership but it’s now terrible. We used to go here frequently as it’s close to our home in Meigs. It was always great before. Now the service is terrible, the staff seem as though they have no idea what they’re doing, including the manager. The four foot long sandwiches i ordered were all wrong. Missing ingredients, wrong ingredients, not toasted, it was a mess. Not to mention my husband’s sandwich wasn’t even cut. The avocado slices I ordered for my sandwich and paid for, wound up being a tiny container of maybe one fluid ounce of smashed, rotten tasting (moldy tasting) guacamole. I didn't order that, i ordered and paid for avocado slices. The women who were working were incredibly rude and dismissive almost rushing me to get my pick up order. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a fast food restaurant. I don’t leave bad reviews, that’s not me but this needed to be said. If I could give zero stars i would.

The owners of this Subway need to know that they have a employee that is the most rude I have ever experienced. I will not go back and if I have the opportunity to speak directly with the owner about my experience I can only hope they will make the changes needed!!

I didn’t even get to order my food I came in with my husband and two kids we are new to the area and was unaware of the horrible service this subway is known for the lady behind the counter had a nasty attitude I hadn’t even been in the restaurant 2 minutes and she had an attitude when she asked what I was eating i didn’t answer because I was clearly asking my son what he wanted she proceeded to say loud enough for everyone to hear her that she must be talking to herself with an attitude I let it slide and continued to figure out what my kids wanted to eat. She then says “let me try this again what do y’all want” I told her we are trying to figure it out please hold on and thank you she then popped off again so we left. She definitely doesn’t wanna be there to begin with and the way she treats customers is beyond unacceptable. Do better subway

My first time coming here, being new to the city, was the worst experience customer service wise. The older lady behind the counter had the nastiest attitude, couldn’t even look me in the face to acknowledge me at all, then completely ignored the last part of my order checking me out for just a sandwich although I ordered a meal plus a pack of cookies. She tired to excuse her attitude to the other customers behind me as if they were in a dinner rush but when I came in the store was completely empty literally until they started dressing my sub.
