Glad to have the new Dairy Queen open back up, and I will venture to say that Pembroke area residents are probably glad as well. For a Sunday evening, the restaurant was quite busy with the drive through backing up all the way to the street. I am a employee of the new and improved DQ in Pembroke and the managers are amazing people. The owner is even down to earth friendly. Great food and ice cream, everyone is great and friendly . I just started in the new store but so far so good and can't wait to continue my employment with them and making friends with everyone ..... It's dairy Queen in a small town. Service is okay. Normally a little slow. The food they put out and quality of their ice cream is good. However, the restaurant itself's atmosphere is bad. The restrooms are either out of order or disgustingly falling apart. Every time I go.
