They have the best bacon ever I really like my bacon cooked eggs was cooked perfectly not runny loved my grits waffles my grandbaby eat it right up. My very first visit there with my sister and brother-in-law I got a BLT that was out of this world. If you are looking for great people and food this is your place. Thank y'all for great service and delicious food.

Usually they are not bad during the day, but at night is when you see more issues. me and my family went in for dinner tonight and the waitress seemed like she did not care, we had to repeat the order several times for her to understand us, waited awhile for drink refills, and when the food came out we still had to ask for the rest of it and stuff that went with. We had to ask about the biscuits and gravy coming after 5-10 minutes of receiving our food, the lady then went and grabbed it and you could tell it had been sitting there. The waffle was crispy on one side and soft and not full on the other plus we had to ask for the butter and syrup for it. My grandmother got a patty melt and the meat was dry. Basically it sucked. I will say it usually is better but it has started to get worse and worse.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food, there were only two other tables in there eating. After we finally received our food, I had to send it back because it was hard and burnt. We were very disappointed with our experience.

No one really was into customer service.. all the tables were dirty and no one was bothered to clean them off. Had to go find silverware ourselves. Water pouring out from the kitchen. Definitely needs better management

After hearing and reading negative reviews, my standards weren't very high walking in. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. Shan (maybe Sam) was our server. She was phenomenal. Super intentive and friendly. She was interacting with the kids at nearby tables and they were LOVING her as well. The food was outstanding. I had a Mega Burger meal. I have no complaints. If I can suggest anything, it would be that Shan needs a raise!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a hot Carmel coffee, it was yummie, and my attendant Makayla made it just right and served me with a smile. Love my huddle house. Such a nice big selection. Thanks Makayla For your friendly service.!!

My husband and I came to Pembroke to shop Storehouse. We intended to eat at a small Mom & Pops for breakfast, however we came across the nearby Huddle House. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. The Wings & Fried Waffles were an HIT!! cooked to perfection and insanely delicious. We were pleasantly greeted and our server MAKAYLA was patient, attentive, delightful, and possessed great Customer Service. To say the least we enjoyed the food and service. Only, negative we did not get the receipt requested.
I have been to this location several times now. The only issue I have ever had was the temperature being 50 degrees inside on a cold day. I have never had an issue with food or service. I have been seated with both Akeisha and Makayla and they are both great!
