Food is low quality. Canned everything, packet gravy, nothing is fresh. Even the bread was hard. The service was the only thing good about our experience. She was very polite and did her best to try and make it right. My personal opinion as a restaurant manager, step your game up. What you put in is what you will get out. The quality of a restaurants food is a maker or breaker.

My husband and have gone to Johnny's grill several times. We went tonight something is off. My husband ordered hamburger steak , it was good but small. I ordered chicken fingers , chicken fingers were over cooked. My husband and both felt something was off. It has always been good in the past but, Tonight was different. Hope tonight isn't going to be the new norm.

First time trying this place out. Club sandwich was good. Chicken salad sandwich was ok (they forgot the tomato & lettuce). Small sides. We'll try it again another time & order something different. [ Bring cash or pay a 3% charge for credit card ]

Arrived at 1:00, sign said wait to be seated, but a customer sitting near door suggested we go ahead and sit at the booth. The young man working came by and asked if we wanted drinks. We gave our orders and he quickly brought our drinks. Saw the older watier/waitress walk by several times, but they never acknowledged us being there. One lady did make a comment as she walked by, but we did not hear her. After 12 minutes, we decided we might as well find somewhere else to eat. The waiter we saw was attentive to the 2 tables near us, so I guess we sat in the wrong seats. Just expected more; trying to support local.
Recommended dishes: Potato Salad, Grilled Chicken Salad, Fried Chicken Lima Beans Zipper Peas and Cheese and Broccoli Casserole, Chicken Salad on Toast with Crinkle Fries, Fried Scallops and Oysters, Chicken Wrap, Chicken Sandwich

Ain’t no way people eat here and enjoy it. This might be the worst restaurant in pembroke. Worst sweet tea I’ve ever had. No salt on the fries. High prices for food I can make at home. No shot they stay open. Water was the only thing I enjoyed
