The employees are very nice and I usually get my food very quickly! My only complaint would be that the ice cream machine is usually down, but they're always good about issuing refunds if it is. Definitely a great spot to grab lunch!

I get off at ten p m.Some nights, ten fifteen by the time I reach mcdonald's.The latest I have reached them has been ten forty five other nights.It's ten thirty some nights.It's ten fifteen on certain nights like tonight.I put a mobile order in when I get off and I will be informed that they have closed early.This is really unfair to me because when I get off like this.There are very few places open including in the place that I commute to live from work. Buy restaurant policyMcdonald's in pembroke is supposed to be open till eleven p m.I can understand occasionally some mishap happens, but almost once or twice a week at a 6 they have closed early.

Terrible. Gave them my order twice and got it wrong and told me a small shake was a large and wouldn’t change it.

Don’t go through the drive through. I paid at 10:07am and got my one sandwhich at 10:40am. If they tell you to pull forward don’t do it. They’ll forget about it and you will sit there all day long. Went inside and got asked 900 time by what I was waiting on and they just said “ok” and went back to helping everyone else. This happens every single time I come here. When they start adding more food places to the area this place is in for some trouble. The girl taking my order was the only helpful person.

Open till 11ist was there at 9 lobby was closed. Drive thru was backed up due to everyone getting the orders wrong. With a Waite time of at lease 20mins or more. If your hungry please go somewhere else. This place needs a make over or just close down.

Maybe if staff wasn't loitering in the lobby running there mouth's with the teens that were in there maybe just maybe they could've made a simple burger correctly
McDonald's will always be the same no matter where you are. Fast food that may not always be right served by mostly kids who does not understand what customer service is but its convenient why we all go to these types of places. Great when your in a rush but definitely not a place you will go when you have the time to actually sit down and enjoy your meal
