Stoners' Pizza Joint Pembroke

Shout out to stoners in pembroke for taking care of our Brian County High school Marching band today. Pizza was delicious.

Yesterday I placed an online order at 2:30pm to be delivered at 6:00pm. Waited until 7 and called to check on the status of the order. After being put on hold a few times I was told he would be there 10-15 minutes. I live 7 minutes away. He arrived at 7:30pm with super cold pizza. If you’re hungry, go elsewhere.

This place sucks!!! Tell everyone you know! 2 and a half hours waiting for nothing. We ordered at 6:05pm. DoorDash said our order would be ready to pick up at 6:44pm. We show up to pick up our order and dude tells us it’s gonna be 30 more minutes. Cool. No problem. He took down my phone number and told me he’d call me when it’s ready. So we went home and waited. By 8 o’clock we still hadn’t heard anything. We called the store but nobody would answer the phone. So we decided to go up there and check. We got there at 8:30pm and the same dude says that they are still not ready. Just a little while longer. No explanation. No courtesy call or anything. Just left us waiting around for hours. We canceled the order and were refunded all but $10.

I’m really disappointed with our experience tonight. Our order was confirmed at 6:07 PM. When we arrived at 7:06, we were told it would be “another 30 minutes” because they had just gotten the order — even though it had been confirmed an hour earlier. We were told we’d receive a call when it was ready, but we never got one.

After waiting and trying to be patient, we returned at 8:25 PM (our second trip), and were told, “All we gotta do is slap the mac and cheese on it and put it in the oven.” At that point, it had been over two hours since the order was confirmed.

When I called to check on it earlier, I was hung up on once and then placed on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. DoorDash ended up giving us a partial credit, and we were able to cancel the order, but still didn’t receive a full refund.

I completely understand that restaurants get busy and things happen — but clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.

Although the gentleman at the counter was friendly, the Stromboli that I ordered was severely undercooked. There was raw dough and cold toppings on the inside.

Ordered hot wings from there and wasn't impressed. Charcoal covered and taste. Hot sauce was runny. Bread sticks were excellent.
