Taco Depot is the Taco Bell of Pembroke. It is essentially Mexican inspired American food.

First time going the food was 7/10. However the second time ordering pick up the food wasn't tasty 4.5/10. The quesadillas were soggy and the other LUNCH #7 Taco was 6/10 enchiladas was 4/10. The food in general has no spice (not even a little) and is to soggy for most dishes, probably the street Tacos are the only consistent dish.

My Friend Ken Butler doesn't know a guacamole from a guac-a-hole. But I really like Taco Depot in Pembroke. In a town with limited choices, the folks there work really hard on making good Mexican food and a pleasant experience.

Hands down the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had! A big shoutout to Rachel for her exceptional service — she made our visit extra special. My family and I can’t wait to come back. The decor is super cute, but there was no music so it was awkwardly quiet. Our server was very sweet and friendly. The food was fresh but there were several minutes between when I got my plate and my husbands came out. All in all it is a great addition to Pembroke!

Live three hours away but frequent the area every few months. This place was recommended to us by a local, and boy! We will definitely make it a go to spot when we pass through! The street tacos were the best I’ve ever had! Rachel was our waitress and she was phenomenal!

They had a dead roach in the bathroom the manager was told but didn’t care to give a discount or anything. I do know when you find a bug at any restaurant the exterminator suppose to pay for the food. They just told us the fryer isn’t working, The waitress was pretty nice herself
