My Friend Ken Butler doesn't know a guacamole from a guac-a-hole. But I really like Taco Depot in Pembroke. In a town with limited choices, the folks there work really hard on making good Mexican food and a pleasant experience.
Hands down the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had! A big shoutout to Rachel for her exceptional service — she made our visit extra special. My family and I can’t wait to come back. Also, you have to try the fried ice cream — it’s the best I’ve ever had! This place is truly outstanding. 10/10 recommend and will be returning soon!
The decor is super cute, but there was no music so it was awkwardly quiet. Our server was very sweet and friendly. The food was fresh but there were several minutes between when I got my plate and my husbands came out. All in all it is a great addition to Pembroke!
