Haven't been here in years, food was great, service was awesome and my 3 y.o. loved the food as well!!

We went to eat here this past weekend,we go there around happy hour. We ordered our drinks ,it took him about 40 minutes or so to get our first drinks. We order our food,it took 45 mins to get that,so i decided to go ahead and order the second round of drinks then,so we would get them before we got through eating,WRONG. We were through eating still no drinks i canceled the drink order,and asked for the check. Instead of the ck he brings my drink. I told him i didnt want the drink just the ck,finally after three times of asking the ck comes. Theres no why you could get happy during happy hour with service like that. That was the worst service i have ever received in any resturant. Maybe the server was new, i would really like to think so anyway.

I feel sorry for all of you! Food service was very late, meat wasn't cooked right (twice), saw the manager apologize at ours and our table. Where are your spirits, skills and most of all to do it first right? What happened? You guys need training, direction and leadership. Your restaurant was full of customers, how can you hurt yourself so much. Stand up!! We finally eat at Chick File a, in 3 minutes everything in the table with a smile, come on I had you higher.

The restaurant was clean and the wait staff attentive and helpful. I had the all you can eat fried shrimp which was excellent. We stopped here while staying nearby and definitely will come back when in the area

We enjoyed our early dinner. This Applebees was wonderful. Good service and great food. Nice to know that Applebees is consistent from restaurant to restaurant.

When I walked in, I was seated right away. It took eight minutes before I was greeted. I acknowledge my concern as to why it was taking so long when the restaurant was clearly no busy. The waitress took heed and speed up and took good care of me. I was pleased and everything turned out great. So that is why they are receiving a 5star.

Took about half an hour to be waited on. We literally got our appetizer with our entrees. We'll give them time to correct themselves - we'll be back this time next year.

I chose the 3 cheese mac and cheese. The flavor was good. It was cold. I didn't send it back because I've had a bad experience when I sent food back. I had a great server, Deirdre from Hawaii.

Actually I had the best food I had eaten at applebees in a while and the happy hour margaritas where delicious.
A surprise for Applebee's. This is a much better location than most. The service, the staff, and the food were a excellent. We had sworn off Applebee's for a while. Then decided to try a different one. We were pleasantly surprised. This one is worth coming to! We will be back to this one!

They skimp you on the to-go portions and the quality of the food is so poor for what you pay. I'll pay half the price for fast food next time and it would still be better money spent than it is here.

While there was no wait for my party of 6, service was very slow. Drinks took forever to refill. Food wasn't cooked the way we asked. Overcooked my steak by a long shot. Never did get napkins. At least the bill came fast af.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Was treated very rude. To the point the waitress was arguing with me. Me and my party got up and walked out. Will not go back to this restuarant in Perry Ga.
