Absolutely horrible. I was greeted in such a nasty way. She just said Arbys, no may I help you. Her attitude was dry as if I was bothering her. To top it off I was extremely sick after eating the food. I wouldn't be surprised if they served out of date food.

05.01.2025, 5:15 p.m.: Great food, clean restaurant, and great customer service! The cashier and other team members were polite and courteous. All visible areas and the Men's restroom was clean and clear of debris.
I used a $5.00 coupon for a melt sandwich, curly fries, and a small soft drink. Everything was tasty! 😋

We ordered Arby’s on the app and arrived at the store to pick it up at 8:51pm when the store closed at 10pm. The inside was already closed so we went to the drive thru. The lady stated that she already shut down the shake machine and would compensate us with a cookie, or a lemonade well we ordered 2 shakes totaling in roughly $7 and the both the lemonade and the cookie are both priced well below that so I simply asked her if we could get 2 roast beef sandwich’s since they are 2 for $6 which is close to the price of the shakes we could not receive. This lady her name either reed or red or something of that nature (I couldn’t quite read her name tag and she wouldn’t tell me) got super rude telling me it’s not her fault and that it’s my fault I ordered through the app and so forth her other coworker upfront encouraged the behavior and the belittling of me and my wife. I said ma’am I’m not blaming you I’m just trying to get my money’s worth, it’s over an hour before yall close I had no clue you would shut down the machine that early . She was yelling and laughing at me and my wife calling us names and shouting it’s not her fault And to look at the clock. I said yes it says it’s 9 and yall close at 10 I don’t see the issue, after about 2-5 min of this she finally told one if the cooks to make us the sandwiches with some other choice words included she throws them in the back and hands it to me with a attitude. I just don’t understand the hostility or the problem especially since the sandwich’s were already made took no time at all to put in a bag and were still $1 less than what we paid for the shakes. Food is typically good. This last time we went, the sandwiches themselves were great, but I went specifically for the potato cakes. Unfortunately they served me some potato cakes that were clearly old that they decided to drop back down in the grease for a minute or two. They were crunchy yet chewy on the outside, but the inside were full of grease because the were "cooked" a second time. I probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

It's really bad when a manager disrespects someone who has a medical issue and is really snotty to them when all they was doing was picking a order up I don't care what your skin color is I don't disrespect anyone and I feel that woman needs to have her title taken if she can't respect someone better than she did last night I will never recommend your restaurant to anyone because of the disrespectfulness you all have going on in your store
