It's really bad when a manager disrespects someone who has a medical issue and is really snotty to them when all they was doing was picking a order up I don't care what your skin color is I don't disrespect anyone and I feel that woman needs to have her title taken if she can't respect someone better than she did last night I will never recommend your restaurant to anyone because of the disrespectfulness you all have going on in your store

Giving one star only because once you get your food, it was decent. However it took ten minutes for the person behind the counter to recognize our group. Had we known it was going to take so long for those in our group to place and receive their orders, we would have left. By the time the first half of our group received their food, the rest were still waiting to order. Our group was 20 people but nothing a fast food restaurant hasn't seen before. I will say that the inside and bathrooms were clean, possibly because the place was empty until we arrived. Save your time and your money, go elsewhere. It took us over an hour.

Was hungry for a burger, but most places around me had more than their fair share of low or bad reviews.I'm always down for a Jamocha Shake ... so Arby's it is! AND ... they actually have a burger here!Staff very friendly ... restaurant very clean .. food was hot, and awesome.Totally recommend this Arby's!! I will be back!!

this place is horrible, service is just terrible cant ask a simple question without getting an attitude that’s why i hate fast food poor customer service just ruins the meal for me. Won’t catch me getting Arby’s from perry no more. I hate people who have no home training y’all shouldn’t go work somewhere and treat people like that, YOU get paid to help us and service us that’s why you work there. People need better home training.

I had an app order, picked up in drive through about 845 on 8/11, The gentleman at the drive was so kind and with and such a joy to see a kind smiling face that seemed to care and appreciate his job. These attributes are hard to find now a days. I did not see his name, but I am glad he waited on me. I went yesterday and the worker was just amazing. I believe her name was Haley or something like that but she was just so sweet and talking to her made my day. I have never had my order taken by someone so nice. Definitely will be back soon!
Food and service was ok. Cleanliness was a problem. Worse bathroom I have been to. No paper towels, drinks in the sink. Nasty. Wet floor sign looks like it hasn't moved in a week.

I won’t say that I’ve never had a problem at this Arby’s before, because that would be a lie.However, saying that problems are rare wouldn’t be telling a lie. At least nine times out of 10, you’ll probably be fine here in terms of having no problems.The food quality is reliable from visit to visit, and the service is great too, especially Miss Red (yep, that’s what the name tag says!). She seems to always have a great spirit, and seeing her face behind the order counter might just be one of my favorite reasons on why I come to this location!
